Job Description
" Z( ^, ?# R' D5 E0 Q-Answer multi-line phone calls professionally, politely and directing the calls correctly.
+ ?$ ]( H" n2 _( p% D6 L4 h6 l-Assist with providing counter services and act as relieve to the other Immigrant Services Worker
6 g! o5 `0 J  f-Reports to the program manager and provides clerical support to all members of the ISP team
$ }- N1 O: w* u" I-Helping Immigrants with Language Barriers to interpret and explain English letters, pamphlets, notices in Cantonese or Mandarin as requested by the client
. J% k- ?  I# A# A: r* L' o8 v-Train and supervise volunteers at front counter or reception

% R* e5 ~' ]/ I- P- ~! LQualifications:
-High school diploma or above, two years or more related work experience
-Exceptional customer service skills, ability to handle multi-task requirement
-Works well under pressure, ability to work well independently as well as in a team
-Good oral and written communication in English and Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese) and willing to learn one of the Chinese dialects if only proficient in one
