Position Title: Receptionist/Immigration Services Worker (Temporary position for Maternity Leave)

Job Description
-Answer multi-line phone calls professionally, politely and directing the calls correctly.
-Assist with providing counter services and act as relieve to the other Immigrant Services Worker
-Reports to the program manager and provides clerical support to all members of the ISP team
; [3 D3 p# m! M-Helping Immigrants with Language Barriers to interpret and explain English letters, pamphlets, notices in Cantonese or Mandarin as requested by the client
# Q" s' O5 N8 p% C9 E-Train and supervise volunteers at front counter or reception

, N3 a# a" [5 h7 j/ w% r6 ]) x! i& VQualifications:
-High school diploma or above, two years or more related work experience
-Exceptional customer service skills, ability to handle multi-task requirement
-Works well under pressure, ability to work well independently as well as in a team
-Good oral and written communication in English and Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese) and willing to learn one of the Chinese dialects if only proficient in one
-Requires police security check at the expense of employee and child welfare check
