•        Greet patrons, present menus, make recommendations and answer questions regarding food and beverages
•        Take orders and relay to kitchen and bar staff
•        Recommend wines that complement patrons' meals
•        Serve food and beverages
+ }* ?3 {+ a0 _: X•        Present bill to patrons and accept payment
4 O& c9 m1 a- {1 J0 f•        Banquet room set up/tear down
•        Cleaning of work area

. j/ n$ e! h5 @•        Promote and maintain a safe and healthy work environment adhering to Occupational Health and  Safety Standards

1 }) J  y2 X6 s•        Completion of secondary school is required
•        Minimum 1 year food service experience is required  
•        Must be able to communicate effectively
•        Able to work with minimal supervision and be a team player

•        Emerit professional certification for food and beverage server is required
