Job Description
•        Greet patrons, present menus, make recommendations and answer questions regarding food and beverages
•        Take orders and relay to kitchen and bar staff
•        Recommend wines that complement patrons' meals
•        Serve food and beverages
7 f7 _* H5 |( n•        Present bill to patrons and accept payment
6 l+ h* X  t* H% p•        Banquet room set up/tear down
•        Cleaning of work area
•        Assist in off-site catering functions as required  
: K% W6 o7 D5 v•        Promote and maintain a safe and healthy work environment adhering to Occupational Health and  Safety Standards
•        Perform other duties as assigned by manager
Employment requirements
* n6 S- J2 r9 P2 r1 s' S9 C•        Completion of secondary school is required
•        Minimum 1 year food service experience is required  
/ r- d6 t$ W# v  Z2 V3 w& K•        Must be able to communicate effectively
•        Able to work with minimal supervision and be a team player  
•        Strong interpersonal skills
