2 r5 n6 p! I( H; k; u/ B' L•        Greet patrons, present menus, make recommendations and answer questions regarding food and beverages
•        Take orders and relay to kitchen and bar staff
3 Q, d1 P, \7 F•        Recommend wines that complement patrons' meals
•        Serve food and beverages
; v9 M; X/ h: l) X# i•        Present bill to patrons and accept payment
3 [6 U  u7 t0 s, R6 y•        Banquet room set up/tear down
2 X+ w( L: [' J% ~* J5 f•        Cleaning of work area
•        Assist in off-site catering functions as required  
•        Promote and maintain a safe and healthy work environment adhering to Occupational Health and  Safety Standards
•        Perform other duties as assigned by manager

•        Completion of secondary school is required
•        Minimum 1 year food service experience is required  
•        Must be able to communicate effectively
•        Able to work with minimal supervision and be a team player
