Job Description
+ l! k$ {: ?; S! |' c•        Greet patrons, present menus, make recommendations and answer questions regarding food and beverages
) l5 K2 a8 N! a  N* N3 d•        Take orders and relay to kitchen and bar staff
; y9 {7 x9 `1 A  E0 w/ x) s" |1 j•        Recommend wines that complement patrons' meals
•        Serve food and beverages
. J4 p. t" z- s1 T7 o+ V•        Present bill to patrons and accept payment
) @5 D  k; z" m: }" z/ K& P7 o•        Banquet room set up/tear down
% H/ d/ n* w6 H•        Cleaning of work area
, u8 j+ b/ M# z2 d* |& L•        Assist in off-site catering functions as required  
•        Promote and maintain a safe and healthy work environment adhering to Occupational Health and  Safety Standards

•        Completion of secondary school is required
•        Minimum 1 year food service experience is required  
•        Must be able to communicate effectively
•        Able to work with minimal supervision and be a team player  
•        Strong interpersonal skills
•        Emerit professional certification for food and beverage server is required
