Job Description:
5 V, V0 U7 S5 [- Checking guests in/out 6 B" @6 C# H! u
- Answering guest inquiries regarding hotel services
& h3 {0 L* V4 }( ^9 o) g: r- Provide information about services available in the community and respond to guests' complaints i; `6 w3 L. J: k- o" {
- Answering telephone calls and handling/ balancing cash
" m4 [( \& S( w$ Y- Balance credit card machine
- W1 q( b- M" s9 n; t; e1 c5 U- Maintain an inventory of vacancies, reservations and room assignments ! k$ g5 x! P( h
- Compile and check daily record sheets, guest accounts, receipts and vouchers using computerized or manual systems + v @! l5 Q: W& X
- Present statements of charges to departing guests and receive payment
" H) j* h6 ]) t4 y' h2 q- e- Promote and maintain a safe and healthy work environment adhering to Occupational Health and Safety Standards

Skills/Requirements: I4 P" i# k; ]
- Completion of High School
$ M) N2 G0 T: m3 E- Strong English communication and interpersonal skills 4 ~% m. L8 A1 [4 _) F
- Good computer skills
/ H7 v: V: Z1 `9 W, x/ ` r! A- Must be able to work with minimal supervision in a high pressure, high volume environment
+ ^' x" h2 M0 s6 `- Minimum 1 year experience, strong guest service skills - M# {1 w. z/ ^6 \. j
- Ability to work night audit shifts and weekends ) I7 u+ Y3 P5 P; f
- Emerit professional certification for front desk agent is required
