Tagbaema Society is a non-profit organization that provides a wide range of outreach ! y6 k, |' }' C$ S' H
services to families and technical assistance to ethno-cultural organizations in managing

Tagbaema is looking for two young and energetic individuals who would like to get first
" p, a/ I. w# n5 }hand experience, assisting with the development and implementation of the Youth * i( ]9 t# y! q# C& |4 K/ d4 G1 @% ]
Empowered to Succeed: A Push for Better Future Project. Your role will be to establish a 7 J. _+ F, O8 p
youth steering committee and coordinate its activities. You will also be directly involved ; w* `$ [$ G N. O
in the implementation of the project and will work on our productions and activities. You
* {5 H& j5 q9 z( l5 T1 Z( T" sare expected to perform some administrative tasks including marketing upcoming events,
% C- I+ B$ H; `! [) N3 Ibalancing budgets and making arrangements for future events. You will report and be / \. X$ H' `( R
accountable to the project coordinator. 7 T* ~$ v. {! ^* q- `+ U) A- z
5 R3 W9 X" j! ~6 [; h* ^2 i2 }The youth leaders will be needed about 18 hours a week, with hours flexible to own 4 P3 h* ]; Y: E1 d! Y
schedule but will include some evenings and weekends. A commitment of 1 full year is
0 g, c* F% {/ {, o# ]/ T% ]/ B4 Kdesirable. 6 {- h. R5 u/ }6 f

18 – 21 years old with good personal and teamwork skills
+ L; w3 Z" K Y# NKeen ability to organize and lead
& {5 W2 w/ M+ f1 w. b: c2 `Regular attendance at meetings S) g( n& V. E+ K3 ?* g- o- G2 Z
Relate well with other youth and adults
