Tagbaema Society is a non-profit organization that provides a wide range of outreach 8 W" T( d- n: k- A$ @2 H4 c0 |% E6 J' o
services to families and technical assistance to ethno-cultural organizations in managing

Tagbaema is looking for two young and energetic individuals who would like to get first
7 y+ q9 M* ^, S, p4 ]hand experience, assisting with the development and implementation of the Youth
2 X' f- |: M5 X; C4 {, uEmpowered to Succeed: A Push for Better Future Project. Your role will be to establish a
- {# P, v- d' C4 iyouth steering committee and coordinate its activities. You will also be directly involved
6 [/ x' {5 T i' K4 _( sin the implementation of the project and will work on our productions and activities. You
2 j0 f# l/ V/ ]2 g# k' d- _are expected to perform some administrative tasks including marketing upcoming events, : o' q3 m5 }; `" l+ B
balancing budgets and making arrangements for future events. You will report and be ' k! W% v; m" K/ L+ i
accountable to the project coordinator.

( e1 {# _1 D( M) E4 G* JThe youth leaders will be needed about 18 hours a week, with hours flexible to own 7 D0 B W4 ?; l+ E1 Z
schedule but will include some evenings and weekends. A commitment of 1 full year is

, ~- W* l% t) z+ ^/ ^0 `' A! M18 – 21 years old with good personal and teamwork skills / X$ x4 b+ f: c0 H$ i; R) e
Keen ability to organize and lead
" E" Q1 D) V/ E2 N9 mRegular attendance at meetings 2 ^" N+ c9 q R8 O, i# x! e7 i
Relate well with other youth and adults % a& c& j2 A6 v' K" z9 O
Willing to be mentored and trained

Salary
