Tagbaema is looking for two young and energetic individuals who would like to get first
# E$ Z9 c1 Z% Dhand experience, assisting with the development and implementation of the Youth
! f4 o8 a* P! {' l7 }9 B; i9 NEmpowered to Succeed: A Push for Better Future Project. Your role will be to establish a
; W4 e1 J! Z/ R; G# Tyouth steering committee and coordinate its activities. You will also be directly involved 2 i% e8 X) ^# N1 ^* l; j5 {. Y
in the implementation of the project and will work on our productions and activities. You 5 `) j/ d! r( N9 W
are expected to perform some administrative tasks including marketing upcoming events, 4 g; u$ v! h+ C- u* }( G4 ~
balancing budgets and making arrangements for future events. You will report and be 8 _ x- w) |4 D: N6 q- z1 p
accountable to the project coordinator.

The youth leaders will be needed about 18 hours a week, with hours flexible to own
~5 L$ V& C/ V; O) i8 w# nschedule but will include some evenings and weekends. A commitment of 1 full year is - z! }% v1 O. p7 ]: l2 G: X

Qualifications
7 V/ l. l$ }" a18 – 21 years old with good personal and teamwork skills
1 f1 r. y: }, ^8 N& CKeen ability to organize and lead . b! ?+ A( ~0 Q4 L/ c
Regular attendance at meetings
+ P. i7 j) D, ERelate well with other youth and adults - X* j F1 P0 y6 ^
Willing to be mentored and trained
