! J1 c" e5 g" J4 l* i2 |Harmony Airways is currently seeking applicants for the position of Accounts Payable Clerk to complement our existing team.  The successful applicant will be responsible for:
0 d( l& _. J6 f/ q7 p•        All aspects of the accounts payable function ensuring compliance with corporate policy;
•        Invoice coding, review and purchase order matching;
; @$ l# [3 S" p5 q3 S& ^, z•        Weekly cheque run;
0 J5 z& ^& C: R1 U•        Vendor maintenance;
•        Supplier statement reconciliations;
8 B8 x. V/ N4 R2 i# ~•        Reconciliation of payable related general ledger accounts;
•        Communicate with suppliers on discrepancies and errors;
•        Prepare month end accruals;
0 j, A0 }! }3 U•        Process corporate credit card charges;
2 G* G) p' |1 l1 J0 D$ A% g•        Audit and process employee expense claims;
9 E% J' ]0 E- e: z•        Process wire transfer payments;
% i$ d! n2 j3 b•        Additional accounting duties as required.

6 L3 _# k, L: X* HThe successful candidate should have the following skills:

% S! {3 p8 Y* r; `; b* F•        Minimum 3 - 5 years accounting experience;

•        Ability to be an energetic team player with the confidence to work independently with minimum supervision;

! t: f' F8 H/ i3 h•        Strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task;

•        Excellent knowledge of MS Office applications, specifically Excel;
8 o6 f+ U9 O+ f& I
•        ACCPAC experience is preferred but not essential;

% B8 L% J) o0 K! |•        Ability to maintain confidentiality and integrity;

•        Completion of 2 or 3 level CGA or equivalent.
