Accounts Payable Clerk (Lysander)
% _/ }: ]0 t- m" U( ^Harmony Airways is currently seeking applicants for the position of Accounts Payable Clerk to complement our existing team.  The successful applicant will be responsible for:
•        All aspects of the accounts payable function ensuring compliance with corporate policy;
•        Invoice coding, review and purchase order matching;
•        Weekly cheque run;
& x2 w% P: _0 @* z& w•        Vendor maintenance;
. e" w& q- G" l3 y, Y  |•        Supplier statement reconciliations;
" X! _4 F! L3 }& p4 z3 O- Q•        Reconciliation of payable related general ledger accounts;
. w; R* D7 ^( o! z: L- ~•        Communicate with suppliers on discrepancies and errors;
•        Prepare month end accruals;
•        Process corporate credit card charges;
4 T0 G! t5 Z% H$ k•        Audit and process employee expense claims;
6 i. |. q6 O6 W" A' j•        Process wire transfer payments;
•        Additional accounting duties as required.

The successful candidate should have the following skills:

4 f1 t3 y. n* {2 Y  @  Y+ j•        Minimum 3 - 5 years accounting experience;
3 Q. x1 p! I1 X" Y4 f* ?% U
! U% ?/ H' L0 h& x. M•        Ability to be an energetic team player with the confidence to work independently with minimum supervision;

! ]% d% ]; }; O  T  @•        Strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task;

+ T4 y' x( {7 L•        Excellent knowledge of MS Office applications, specifically Excel;

" T1 c& v" N. a: u& l+ G% t•        ACCPAC experience is preferred but not essential;

•        Ability to maintain confidentiality and integrity;

•        Completion of 2 or 3 level CGA or equivalent.
