Administration officials have long argued that there is no evidence school speed zones reduce the danger for children.

2 }0 p/ w% i, ]# i8 V# j# q"This is simply adding it to our set of solutions," Rick Millican, general manager of transportation, said. "Council is not saying if they approve it, put a school zone everywhere someone wants on.
