Clifton Associates Ltd. currently has a career opportunity for an intermediate/senior geotechnical engineer with 8-10 years experience in our Edmonton office.

Responsibilities
* X+ @. S% d7 n" i+ U■Manage and conduct a wide variety of geotechnical projects and investigations.
■Provide geotechnical engineering expertise on projects dealing with the design of roadways, railways, bridges, retaining walls and other transportation or foundation structural projects.
2 b8 j# j3 m" I+ L" A, [! H■Take a lead role in business development and client relationships
) D! M) r7 r( l7 y* sExperience and Education:
■A graduate degree in Civil Engineering with a Geotechnical focus is very desirable.
■Competent in all facets of geotechnical engineering and materials testing.
■Experience in a consulting environment would be a definite asset.
■Experience with technical report writing, presentations, and meetings;
& p( Q; r9 f: Q6 L4 ^* o. G■Ability to supervise the construction of earthwork projects;
" P9 K- t% G) f/ [: P■Ability to undertake unsupervised geotechnical work with support from senior engineers in other offices.
* k0 t1 [# e# j1 l■Project management experience required as well as business development and marketing experience, including proposal writing.
* a5 C4 o, o1 r# K, ~" X& q■Must be eligible for registration with APEGGA.
