Duties
6 z0 i" v& k: ]0 C) C2 R9 `Assists with the creation and implementation of computer software as directed by the project management team (includes leading edge machine learning techniques, robot control, gaming and simulation). k% Q1 G0 F: W5 E0 G
Provides techical support to end-users as directed and is responsible for ensuring end-user usability and satisfaction when required, @! O: s3 a- _6 E" D
Performs other general programiming tasks such as building GUI (graphical user interfaces) front ends, etc. as directed

Qualifications' `/ o3 H% r; X* g
Diploma in Computing Science; undergraduate degree in Computing Science preferred, T: s) Q2 g4 n" }( r$ o
Demonstrated work experience with Web programming and scripting tools such as PHP and Perl, and mySQL database design and management; knowledge of MatLab, Weka and CVS repository system preferred) M9 h4 u5 J; m2 C; o* D; A4 F
Solid knowledge of microcomputer operating systems (Windows XP as well as Unix/Linux); experience in other domains (Bioinformatics, electronic entertainment, ecommerce) an asset; Dynamic programming an asset
" `3 q. @5 l! u# O/ _Knowledge of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning technologies preferred
