Assists with the creation and implementation of computer software as directed by the project management team (includes leading edge machine learning techniques, robot control, gaming and simulation). y8 S2 w; }, X! T4 k( z, L2 H" ~
Provides techical support to end-users as directed and is responsible for ensuring end-user usability and satisfaction when required& e( d% i% Z' w, q
Performs other general programiming tasks such as building GUI (graphical user interfaces) front ends, etc. as directed

Qualifications
& t& n) ~, d/ }Diploma in Computing Science; undergraduate degree in Computing Science preferred
8 Y$ g6 s" x- L6 S9 s: u; K8 R% rDemonstrated work experience with Web programming and scripting tools such as PHP and Perl, and mySQL database design and management; knowledge of MatLab, Weka and CVS repository system preferred
+ A: q0 b' k$ ~, c; }% U1 `. ]Solid knowledge of microcomputer operating systems (Windows XP as well as Unix/Linux); experience in other domains (Bioinformatics, electronic entertainment, ecommerce) an asset; Dynamic programming an asset3 y1 x2 Q* ^2 q/ ?# o, j
Knowledge of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning technologies preferred
