Nurse recommended "LANSINOH" sheep oil (I am not sure if it's called sheep oil. I can check and let you know tomorrow). It's natural. No harm to the baby. You can even put some on baby's lips. I do that all the time in winter. Nurse said, we should put that on baby's hands especially since babies like suck on their hands.
