Edmonton police assured residents that they had no reason to be fearful, but officers did ask neighbours for their shoe sizes and vital stats during a canvass of the area.

“We get the odd B-and-E and car theft around here, but other than that, not too much (crime),” she said.+ O9 u' d5 }, B0 Z, e$ R
