埃德蒙顿今年下半年经济出现复苏迹象

从今年9月起，一些失业的朋友逐渐回到工作岗位。Alberta的失业率也从6月份的6.7%逐渐回落到11月份的5.6%。埃德蒙顿的二手房市场也有类似的表现：6月份的房屋均价为：303.9K;
2 ~' E& i0 Z& V11月份的房屋均价为338.6K, 共上涨了11%。但截至到11月份的今年房屋销售均价为327.7K, 较去年仅上涨2.7%。不过相比08年本市房价下跌2%, 09年下跌3.5%，今年房价的上涨，值得重视。

10年12月份的数据还没出来，但截至11月份10年埃德蒙顿的房屋销售均价，确实是上涨的。数据来源于省政府网站。

这个数据并不能说明什么问题吧，失业率的下降可以是因为圣诞期间零售业雇佣零时工的原因，这个是每年这个季节都会有的，跟经济大形势无关，而且网站也并未给出人均收入的变化

The increase was driven by the service sector, as gains were recorded in the arts, entertainment and recreation industry as well as in the management of companies (up to 12% each). The other western provinces, British Columbia (1.6%), Saskatchewan (3.4%), and Manitoba (0.8%), all had positive growth in average weekly earnings. On a year-to-date basis, average weekly earnings in Alberta were up 4.4% in October, exceeding the Canadian average of 3.5%. Alberta’s average weekly earnings remain the highest in Canada.
