It's easy.the feeling and rules are the same as real vollyball but no pain!Easy to learn!

0 ^" n8 {+ s) R# U  jThe ball is a little bigger than real vollyball and lightly.Easy to control if you practice more!
Men and women also can play together!Each group 2-5 players.
