It's easy.the feeling and rules are the same as real vollyball but no pain!Easy to learn!

+ j+ l* n& [5 V" A3 O# j# DThe ball is a little bigger than real vollyball and lightly.Easy to control if you practice more!
Men and women also can play together!Each group 2-5 players.
. J) v' S9 S0 d6 zI enjoy it even though 2-3 peson practice!
