Responsibilities: N, \6 R* E4 i* T$ x
Working as part of a team, this teaching and learning specialist will:# _( U8 O- k! A! d8 R
 Provide research and writing in the development of an online Blended Learning Model.; A4 O i8 h- [; f; P( K
 Participate in initiatives of the Curriculum Development and Faculty Support.9 R8 H, O: S5 z, M+ M: v
 Work in partnership with a Content Expert to develop an online curriculum in Moodle.
; r- q0 l* F$ p# eQualifications:$ n2 }8 p, A/ @. p; o" X" _) S
A Bachelor’s Degree in Education with teaching experience including experience in curriculum development. Some teaching experience in a post-secondary environment is desirable. A high level of knowledge in faculty support, instructional techniques, and/or designing and delivering online learning materials is required. A strong commitment to superior customer service and to a high quality teaching and learning environment as well as excellent skills in project management, consulting, and facilitation are essential. Other combinations of education and experience may be considered. |
