Just wondering how the value of the house is assessed by the government? Recently saw this ad: http://www.edmontonchina.cn/viewthread.php?tid=407691 and its sailing price $ 289,900 is much higher than the assessed value by the government ( by last July): $212,500.! G( ^% U1 m+ ^) z
