Condo = any property (including house, townhouse or apartment) that has 管理 and 管理费.

  I' f3 _) L5 N: b  G: tTownhouse = properties attached side by side , can be condo or non-condo.

Apartment = properties not only attached side by side, but also has neighboring properties up and/or down. Mostly condos.

90年代后-2005年的Townhouse实惠些。有自已的前庭、后院环境及邻里关系，还冬不扫雪、夏不除草，社区成熟、交通方便。关键是查看历年来的管理资料，是否改善外环境时另出钱？目前余钱数目大小？
