Wages: $16.00 per hour, 40 hrs weekly, rotational shifts including evenings and weekends

2 w* m1 N/ t6 a% e* }/ v-        Supervise and co-ordinate sales staff and cashiers
-        Assign sales workers to duties and prepare work schedules
& B, u/ _: \  ~! A-        Authorize payments by cheque and the return of merchandise
-        Sell merchandise to customers
-        Resolve problems that arise, such as customer complaints and supply shortages
& Q- u+ q! v# I) N-        Maintain specified inventory and order merchandise
3 m+ \% K( u  z* J7 N-        Prepare reports regarding sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters
: M& A$ y  X3 s3 @! w0 \-        Hire and train or arrange for the training of new sales staff

Employment Requirements:

+ {* b( H) a9 ~4 G5 ^-        Completion of secondary school is required
-        At least 1 year of retail sales experience as a retail salesperson or sales clerk is required
5 w: u2 N& u/ X" O2 F-        Experience in the furniture sales would be an asset
, Q8 A% ^3 w" R: d( _: V" l- ~  [-        Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
