Job Description/Main Duties:
-        Supervise and co-ordinate sales staff and cashiers
$ w* E$ k- c! f1 k-        Assign sales workers to duties and prepare work schedules
-        Authorize payments by cheque and the return of merchandise
-        Sell merchandise to customers
  r, `: f6 l; ^$ }0 f1 z% O! A2 G: P-        Resolve problems that arise, such as customer complaints and supply shortages
: b- L* U4 u0 p# R% R# e-        Maintain specified inventory and order merchandise
-        Prepare reports regarding sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters
  v+ F: n5 B# N3 c-        Hire and train or arrange for the training of new sales staff

2 [5 `6 N  a3 Q9 h# U-        Completion of secondary school is required
! F, C7 l( _  U1 G* F' h-        At least 1 year of retail sales experience as a retail salesperson or sales clerk is required
/ g, L2 L, Y3 y. D-        Experience in the furniture sales would be an asset
5 p0 \# i2 R! f( U; g+ e-        Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
-        Ability to work rotational shifts including evenings and weekends
