TFSA account before tax money?

6 W  g9 e# v" w& P: Q! zAny body has an idea, if i deposit money in TFSA, is that before tax money same like RRSP, or not?

I mean, eg. my annual income 50,000, i deposit 5000 in TFSA, my adjusted income would be 45,000?
