CRNE Study Group for Internationally Educated Nurses

Directions for Internationally Educated Health Professionals (IEHPs) is offering a study
' E3 m3 H# c/ Z# u3 Qgroup to assist Internationally Educated Nurses in preparing for the Canadian
Registered Nurses Exam (CRNE).

The emphasis is on reviewing materials as outlined in the exam syllabus through a
2 J' {/ b$ J9 E5 b) Tquestion and answer format. Participants will become familiar with the learning
material and develop test taking skills. The study group is co-facilitated by a Career
4 l( `& ?: ^6 D6 F8 P$ c4 eCoach and a professional in the field.

7 [: ^  m4 a; @) A1 ?: o6 s4 qTo join the CRNE study group, participants are required to be deemed eligible by
" Y( ~+ f) P4 W6 r( f4 RCollege and Association of Registered Nurses of Alberta (CARNA) to write the
October 5, 2011 exam. Individuals who are completing required coursework and are
# w" N8 r/ n2 h" `4 A2 |, qintending to write the CRNE, may be eligible to participate in this study group.
0 O" ?/ S# a0 m+ OParticipants must ensure availability to meet study group attendance requirement.
4 m* U! h' a( p6 o: D, ^7 T* dRegistration for eligible clients is based on a first come first served basis. Since spaces are
$ ]" e% o2 q% \/ s% C. k; j5 llimited, early registration is strongly advised.

Candidates who live outside of the Calgary area may participate in the study group through
