CRNE Study Group for Internationally Educated Nurses

Directions for Internationally Educated Health Professionals (IEHPs) is offering a study
group to assist Internationally Educated Nurses in preparing for the Canadian
* k" ~5 k7 M% r% @7 H9 N- S+ {Registered Nurses Exam (CRNE).

The emphasis is on reviewing materials as outlined in the exam syllabus through a
question and answer format. Participants will become familiar with the learning
# k# ^7 }5 `1 ?! q" Q2 Pmaterial and develop test taking skills. The study group is co-facilitated by a Career
Coach and a professional in the field.

To join the CRNE study group, participants are required to be deemed eligible by
College and Association of Registered Nurses of Alberta (CARNA) to write the
1 N' j7 Q4 d: F2 m# ~8 dOctober 5, 2011 exam. Individuals who are completing required coursework and are
intending to write the CRNE, may be eligible to participate in this study group.
9 `: R% [5 J( M# }1 fParticipants must ensure availability to meet study group attendance requirement.
Registration for eligible clients is based on a first come first served basis. Since spaces are
limited, early registration is strongly advised.

Candidates who live outside of the Calgary area may participate in the study group through
teleconferencing.
