Under general direction of the Executive Director, the Project Coordinator serves as a team5 ]8 n& w( t* U7 y# u* D. z+ u5 E
player, supervisor, mentor, guide, develop and coordinate the program called “Aboriginal) O+ k, C; @& B: k( N
Mothers Advocacy Project” (AMAP).
' [% ~8 E! N, `% _. ?* L8 x* Z0 L- I `
To assist for the development of program: train staff, development of project plan, support groups, focus groups, assessment tool for clients, develop an intake form, develop a consent form, release and share information forms, develop filing system, develop a schedule for telephone intakes, home visits and develop other project, and other tasks that you see fit.

Job Qualification4 ^- ]# J! i) H$ h5 ?( Q1 i
Must possess a Degree in Social Work or Human Services# x9 M% q4 g1 q0 _! L3 E+ q0 |
Must be knowledgeable of Aboriginal people’s history (Residential School and 60’s
2 E' U n0 s2 b% zSchool)
9 `3 m: {& t3 U* Z" PMust have supervisory experience) ^1 [4 \: Q# R0 P5 R2 m4 B) W4 F
Must understand the child welfare, justice and legal system
) f# Q) I: N9 ~: G& ^/ I3 G( tMust be computer literate: v4 ], ^: b0 h' L9 N
Must present criminal record check, child welfare check, $2 million liability and abstract.1 q0 I5 g8 p; }
Must possess knowledge of Aboriginal agencies and network. Z; M; T9 E7 z7 \
Must possess a well developed communication and organization skills4 G: Z* t, ~1 }& d- \9 x3 L, [6 H
Must possess a well developed interpersonal skills and ability to work with an already
