FUNCTION:
' l* w6 [! H8 x" e) o* r, SThis position is responsible for the design and production of a variety of communication materials, both printed and web-based.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
•        Create and prepare a wide range of materials for printing, presentations, public displays and events including brochures, newsletters, reports, advertisements and forms.
9 L- }2 k/ j: m" U& Q•        Liaise with our purchasing department and external vendors to ensure projects are completed properly and on time.
. c/ L) Z+ D: p' g/ T* `; t0 I•        Create and prepare materials for posting on internal and external web sites.

1 d7 I) [" s8 v$ oSKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:
* s$ \) X1 U" y! L5 t1 F•        Post-secondary diploma in graphic design or visual communications.
•        Demonstrated in-depth knowledge of print production and web design processes.
9 Z4 i. z+ f3 g& o; V' K) C% ]! Q•        Minimum of two years of directly related experience.
•        Demonstrated proficiency using Indesign, Illustrator, PhotoShop, Acrobat, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel in a PC environment. Experience in Dreamweaver, HTML, Javascript and CSS also an asset.
; H3 o" S9 N9 D" o  @7 X6 n•        Proficiency in use of the English language.
•        Excellent organizational and interpersonal communication skills.
•        Ability to effectively multitask and work under pressure.
•        Willingness to maintain proficiency by embracing new technologies.
