独立屋均价为$379,075，中位数价格为$357,000；康兜（Condo）均价为 $234,220，中位数价格为$220,000；丢普莱克斯（Duplex）和排屋的均价，4月份由上月的 $294,585 上涨到 $300,906，环比上涨2.1%。
