Duties & Responsibilities: , j2 V& e" L" L9 q2 E
§ Handle orders and requests for parts and parts information by providing accurate, courteous, efficient and professional service to telephone, electronic and over-the-counter customers % H) N. A. ]) E
§ Prepare customer orders and handle product returns including returning unsold items to stock + q# g4 W% d- ]* @. ^) x, q
§ Assist Store Manager in daily operations including maintaining inventory, stock levels and assisting with store displays
& Z/ d& k l' o) W5 l$ Z§ Process payment transactions and handle cash on a daily basis ! Q9 R$ d! A+ h4 c" R
) ]2 K" x: ]5 mPreferred Education & Qualifications:
9 G4 h5 q* P$ x3 P( I0 Q§ High School Diploma / t' [$ e: Z) s$ ~3 W4 G
§ Valid Drivers License
0 l1 W5 }. S( u§ 2 years of applicable experience in a similar role ; F9 F4 ~$ Q8 z L( y
§ Automotive aftermarket and parts background and/or knowledge , a3 g/ q9 M# r
§ Exceptional customer service and communication skills
! f& v% N8 ~) {+ r- Z§ Ability to use computers , y, j- I/ Y3 i- L
§ Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
