2011年6月2日埃德蒙顿消息：根据埃德蒙顿房地产经纪协会数据，5月份本地独立房的价格、康兜的价格、平均房价、库存量与销量全面上涨。

! y) v! t- Y' A: T/ E- i“今年本地房市与我们在一月份发布的预测十分吻合”，埃德蒙顿房地产经纪协会主席Chris Mooney表示：“对比历史上的五月，房屋从上市到售出所需的时间是50天，是最近4年第二低点；挂牌销售比为53%，第二高点。各项数据显示，目前市场较为乐观。”

+ I( N2 n# Q* U0 L( X* K五月份独立房的平均价为$380,545，比上月上涨了0.25%；康兜（Condo）均价为$241,079，比上月上涨3.65%；丢普莱克斯（Duplex）和排屋的均价下跌了2.96%。所有房屋的均价上涨了1.39%。

从中间价来看，独立房中间价上涨1.13%, 康兜中间价上涨3.64%, 丢普莱克斯和排屋下跌2%，所有房屋平均上涨0.8%。

1 e( t# N* A: P五月份住宅成交量为1,857 (比四月份上涨24.9% )，新上市3,525(四月份是3,278)。 库存量从7,715增加到8,180。

“现在市场上可供选择的房源较多，但成交也很快。”Mooney说，“本地经济已经复苏，就业机会增加，利率仍然维持在低水平上。我们预测价格和销量都会在夏天上升，就像我们以前曾经预测的一样。”

大部分的news都是说经济不如预期好，尤其美国刚出来的就业率这个月很低，怎么涨啊，不明白。
