Position Summary:
        This is a new full time position, designed to enhance services related to relationship abuse within the communities of Athabasca, Barrhead and Westlock.

! `3 {. J3 G; R* m2 nResponsibilities
•        Coordinate training of the Duluth model for staff and community partners
- o& @' a% w. i/ E" s•        Oversee group facilitation, counselling and evaluation of programs
•        Network and collaborate with community partners to develop community protocols
3 g, T/ w1 o  c% b( [. ]5 v& B6 T+ m•        Coordinate program evaluation and report writing

Preferred Qualifications
8 J# V* N5 y0 ~* d0 n0 A3 l•        Bachelor degree in Social work or related Human Services field
•        Training & experience in the dynamics of relationship abuse
•        Experience in project management & report writing
•        Ability to manage a budget and be financially accountable
