Position Summary:
, ~3 ~$ C1 {. z! G# A6 y/ Z        This is a new full time position, designed to enhance services related to relationship abuse within the communities of Athabasca, Barrhead and Westlock.

Responsibilities
  P& q7 F! e2 F  |( H9 i•        Coordinate training of the Duluth model for staff and community partners
) A+ A% M" D$ v& a& s+ @•        Oversee group facilitation, counselling and evaluation of programs
, T. R% V2 F8 o% V& N•        Network and collaborate with community partners to develop community protocols
•        Coordinate program evaluation and report writing

Preferred Qualifications
) y' U$ n8 d8 e5 x+ W•        Bachelor degree in Social work or related Human Services field
9 \* d* F. w; j! s6 ~•        Training & experience in the dynamics of relationship abuse
/ Z$ _1 R( ?7 y/ E•        Experience in project management & report writing
6 V; w& Y! S6 C8 h! }5 T! u•        Ability to manage a budget and be financially accountable
