        This is a new full time position, designed to enhance services related to relationship abuse within the communities of Athabasca, Barrhead and Westlock.

; J  C0 p2 H# s) h8 {) w6 XResponsibilities
. v0 E3 S5 K- q) \•        Coordinate training of the Duluth model for staff and community partners
2 w7 K1 \5 W. p8 ^9 ^* D•        Oversee group facilitation, counselling and evaluation of programs
•        Network and collaborate with community partners to develop community protocols
•        Coordinate program evaluation and report writing

3 m: d: B2 D9 X0 m7 ~Preferred Qualifications
7 v/ q7 Q8 Y: U8 [+ u9 ^/ {•        Bachelor degree in Social work or related Human Services field
$ j3 [# W. W! I6 ~7 I" j•        Training & experience in the dynamics of relationship abuse
- d5 C( b* t1 l4 p•        Experience in project management & report writing
2 E+ X) g8 v  m+ n$ o4 _•        Ability to manage a budget and be financially accountable
