Position Summary:
) }) M5 p% ^- [: p: p) ^* l        This is a new full time position, designed to enhance services related to relationship abuse within the communities of Athabasca, Barrhead and Westlock.

  Z* m( ^$ u7 E) hResponsibilities
•        Coordinate training of the Duluth model for staff and community partners
•        Oversee group facilitation, counselling and evaluation of programs
•        Network and collaborate with community partners to develop community protocols
•        Coordinate program evaluation and report writing

Preferred Qualifications
: Y1 D5 k8 h2 \' c! i- t6 k0 I•        Bachelor degree in Social work or related Human Services field
•        Training & experience in the dynamics of relationship abuse
•        Experience in project management & report writing
•        Ability to manage a budget and be financially accountable
