Over last decade, I have used many window upgrade companies. Here are some of my suggestions:: L' Z2 m- l$ Z9 [7 A0 c
- You really need triple-pane windows ,not only for the sound proof, but for the Edmonton winter. The price is not much differnt from double-pane but the performance almost doubled;

All-weather is also good but the price is too high lately. I just had one big bay-window by Economic Windows in this April. Looks great but don't know how good for the real winter.5 {/ g$ T, N" k
- Stay away from craps like Durabuilt or Sunrise Windows. Cheap stuff.
