' w( n2 Q8 t$ l' S6 F3 f& L$ UCamp 1 – July 04 – July 14
Camp 2 – July 31 – August 11 (must attend an overnight camp on August 10 to 11)
1 J1 u/ g, _, b/ [$ qTime:0915 to 1600(Regular Program Time)
*might work in other time in some specific days
Place: ASSIST Community Services Centre

Duties:
To assist the T.A.N.G. Youth Program Coordinator by providing clerical and/or activities support in the followings:
) V. F* F- I3 {9 R) o
5 l4 J. u$ X7 d9 t Distribution of promotion flyers to schools, churches, communities and relevant social agencies and professionals
4 ~; o- ^! \' p/ ^" C Take attendance if available
# D; X& K2 ~. T" d% W, E Provide positive modelling to youth
 Facilitate or assist in ice-breaking games and/or other activities
 Facilitate or assist in small group discussions
2 j" S1 }9 A' j4 J' V# A2 X6 b Research activities related to the session’s topic upon advice of the Program Coordinator
3 y# ~# E2 x6 ~* _1 k# r& C+ d Watch out on the safety of youth either in centre or fieldtrips
/ K9 _$ g5 e" ^2 m' ` Report to the Program Coordinator for any doubts or concerns and/or any troubleshoot behaviour
* @; T$ _" m- z# N! o2 |3 u Act according to the guidance or direction of the Program Coordinator
 Must follow guidelines or procedures stipulated in the manual/training
! J3 \0 q* p1 ~: r0 | Attend debriefing sessions/ongoing training
# V6 u* m% O2 C6 H- I; U0 S Assist in program planning/design
# j! `- v3 R5 j7 Y Any other program related tasks as assigned by the Program Coordinator

Attitude/Skills Requirements

 Mature, sensible, patient, organized, willing to take and follow instruction
2 P) ]/ W! I0 U2 r Be open and willing to initiate and maintain a positive relationship with youths in the program, or youth who is matched on an one-on-one basis
2 G% g1 {& K0 Y9 @# l2 ] A team player, can get along well with other staff & volunteers
. w. u& l, F$ Q; O5 M3 s, C8 F4 G Concentrate efforts in the group session or activities over other distractions
 Able to work independently with minimum supervision
7 m6 K  q3 t7 e" o; O" H# ? Value building on strengths in children, youth and families
* f/ r+ b# J# q6 E+ E Able to get along with youth and/or youth who might at risk
- k1 X& |4 G% E3 [- \ Certain proficiency in English and Chinese
