Camp 2 – July 31 – August 11 (must attend an overnight camp on August 10 to 11)
( K( o9 S9 n8 KTime:0915 to 1600(Regular Program Time)
*might work in other time in some specific days
Place: ASSIST Community Services Centre

To assist the T.A.N.G. Youth Program Coordinator by providing clerical and/or activities support in the followings:

 Distribution of promotion flyers to schools, churches, communities and relevant social agencies and professionals
 Take attendance if available
 Provide positive modelling to youth
$ M. k  r7 w% ]0 ~0 g Facilitate or assist in ice-breaking games and/or other activities
* Z& c9 I. G8 O- X Facilitate or assist in small group discussions
, N# l, m/ d# j& l& c Research activities related to the session’s topic upon advice of the Program Coordinator
 Watch out on the safety of youth either in centre or fieldtrips
 Report to the Program Coordinator for any doubts or concerns and/or any troubleshoot behaviour
 Act according to the guidance or direction of the Program Coordinator
9 e3 ]$ z) k6 l6 |& m5 u1 {$ c Must follow guidelines or procedures stipulated in the manual/training
! b/ V" C6 {4 V3 X) w Attend debriefing sessions/ongoing training
 Assist in program planning/design

Attitude/Skills Requirements

 Mature, sensible, patient, organized, willing to take and follow instruction
 Be open and willing to initiate and maintain a positive relationship with youths in the program, or youth who is matched on an one-on-one basis
 A team player, can get along well with other staff & volunteers
5 }  a" a2 Q8 C& L5 G7 j% j% H Concentrate efforts in the group session or activities over other distractions
 Able to work independently with minimum supervision
0 o3 X4 X' D9 `: h/ d: a7 i1 k1 [4 B Value building on strengths in children, youth and families
& b  D7 L& r& K" }2 v Able to get along with youth and/or youth who might at risk
 Certain proficiency in English and Chinese
