Camp 2 – July 31 – August 11 (must attend an overnight camp on August 10 to 11)

*might work in other time in some specific days

0 P7 ]+ Z6 P- z2 u5 K+ g* a. l' @Duties:
) I- H, z: G/ ZTo assist the T.A.N.G. Youth Program Coordinator by providing clerical and/or activities support in the followings:
( r) V3 F7 {' v. K0 l) o& O# F
 Distribution of promotion flyers to schools, churches, communities and relevant social agencies and professionals
 Take attendance if available
 Provide positive modelling to youth
 Facilitate or assist in ice-breaking games and/or other activities
6 z, ~) ~# Z4 ] Facilitate or assist in small group discussions
 Research activities related to the session’s topic upon advice of the Program Coordinator
 Watch out on the safety of youth either in centre or fieldtrips
 Report to the Program Coordinator for any doubts or concerns and/or any troubleshoot behaviour
' P3 {. k  A% k+ U2 F: b Act according to the guidance or direction of the Program Coordinator
 Must follow guidelines or procedures stipulated in the manual/training
9 z" K# R  J7 M( w& Y- D Attend debriefing sessions/ongoing training
 Assist in program planning/design
1 n- i$ {9 r4 z1 l/ y0 ~% m Any other program related tasks as assigned by the Program Coordinator

1 O/ e. `1 C1 ~Attitude/Skills Requirements

 Mature, sensible, patient, organized, willing to take and follow instruction
0 y' X4 _3 Z  ]% T Be open and willing to initiate and maintain a positive relationship with youths in the program, or youth who is matched on an one-on-one basis
 A team player, can get along well with other staff & volunteers
 Concentrate efforts in the group session or activities over other distractions
 Able to work independently with minimum supervision
 Value building on strengths in children, youth and families
 Able to get along with youth and/or youth who might at risk
 Certain proficiency in English and Chinese
