但是找个相对理想的房子真的不大容易啊。。
不是太贵就是很不理想
再要么就是自己的条件不符合。。。

acutally same story for the landlord. Not easy to find a good tenant: reasonable clean and always pay on time.

- q$ n, T; w% m3 C0 q" n; SI have one bedroom to rent: prefer female since so bad impression for current male tenant. Unless you are not terrible bad as him. Hehe....
