Role/Function:
. A4 L2 @7 U. n% {+ VThe Customer Service Representative is responsible for responding to client inquiries both in* ]7 W8 g, N. ^ Q4 g1 e/ w( e+ b6 p
person and over the telephone while supporting the sales team by building and maintaining; _5 m6 r8 B# ]. t

$ Q$ U/ q3 H# ^) S1 S o% p· Respond to customer inquiries through inbound calls and busy walk-in traffic;
% ]: y( c" q# E- m) _· Verify pricing and availability of product;
' E# K5 v; W. O/ p6 z* F· Supply and inform clients of pricing, credit terms as well as entering orders in system;
" Z) b; Z4 w h3 }· Prepare and process invoices in accordance with standard procedure;2 u5 {! O+ m$ }! Q
· Collect payments for cash account orders;- d6 W, O- x! J: x' I" b
· Investigate and troubleshoot customer service issues;2 S5 [8 M% `7 x( O. O
· Process special materials orders in accordance with standard procedures;
! l4 f# Y0 [ N1 p; P$ b- C4 e S· Maintain customer data and update changes to existing accounts in the corporate; {& u( I5 ^# S5 `0 J+ y
database;5 y. j$ y {& P ~" j
· Address client inquiries regarding status of orders, payment, refunds, etc; T( a; _4 _7 x0 H, O) Z8 P
· Forward customer leads to appropriate sales personnel;
! z* s6 G! h4 U; e: z3 I& f· Actively participate in semi-annual physical inventory count;
( Y1 G4 J0 j1 \! wQualifications/Requirements:8 ?1 |5 \( _9 p1 C4 C
· Strong team player with excellent customer service skills and able to build and maintain( O( k7 {- l* O. D1 P/ h" B
lasting relationships with customers;
# T& Q5 D& A; X7 I· 3-5 years experience in a similar role;
/ a, W L ? D) ] Q· Exceptional verbal and written communication skills;7 b# ?# ^/ W! l! Z' F7 Y
· Strong problem identification and resolution skills;- X' ~1 W. ]4 A6 H; i
· Computer literate; knowledge of Oracle 12i database (an asset);
