The Customer Service Representative is responsible for responding to client inquiries both in
1 O# Q/ d2 ~; c" V; Fperson and over the telephone while supporting the sales team by building and maintaining

Responsibilities:$ e/ X- N3 f$ Y
· Respond to customer inquiries through inbound calls and busy walk-in traffic;" c* a2 W2 g4 \! Q# i0 i0 G0 `: o
· Verify pricing and availability of product;
, J1 ]" {3 r, ^$ L: S- y· Supply and inform clients of pricing, credit terms as well as entering orders in system;
* Q Q( m9 j$ U· Prepare and process invoices in accordance with standard procedure;
5 F9 P( C$ U- c4 S9 v· Collect payments for cash account orders;
) Y' Q/ j) d+ ]· Investigate and troubleshoot customer service issues;) U2 W; r% i! R1 o% {4 P
· Process special materials orders in accordance with standard procedures;
: O! C; E4 Z7 t, g/ A4 [· Maintain customer data and update changes to existing accounts in the corporate0 c' E. i; H3 Y: t: H) K: {6 V
database;
9 _8 s3 T% s; ]8 s$ L6 n2 W- V· Address client inquiries regarding status of orders, payment, refunds, etc;" O9 Z: w7 m T, g4 L+ \* b
· Forward customer leads to appropriate sales personnel;
7 C# v$ }3 n. @0 X; t* K· Actively participate in semi-annual physical inventory count;
5 C" a6 A, G( d3 XQualifications/Requirements:0 `9 K, ^( P+ R8 p1 w+ f& T! H
· Strong team player with excellent customer service skills and able to build and maintain
; K6 c7 J# w' I; `0 ?" llasting relationships with customers;
7 A6 F1 x7 n! ~1 ~· 3-5 years experience in a similar role;3 R! T) k0 l& K3 |+ {! e$ }
· Exceptional verbal and written communication skills;
/ l' q/ @6 W' S· Strong problem identification and resolution skills;: ?$ ]9 i! ~$ D" c4 ~
· Computer literate; knowledge of Oracle 12i database (an asset);
