person and over the telephone while supporting the sales team by building and maintaining2 E+ a0 P4 r# W

Responsibilities:
$ ?8 |) g0 D+ y8 ?" f· Respond to customer inquiries through inbound calls and busy walk-in traffic;
5 ]1 N* w/ Z, N/ L- j· Verify pricing and availability of product;! E* U& @* C4 o+ I0 [! N
· Supply and inform clients of pricing, credit terms as well as entering orders in system;! s/ V3 u1 s' Y& @: b
· Prepare and process invoices in accordance with standard procedure;" g6 M2 N. N. H% m3 ?; H
· Collect payments for cash account orders;
& Z0 P6 a4 J/ P" i$ Q& S· Investigate and troubleshoot customer service issues;1 t7 _; B. W4 G* a" }
· Process special materials orders in accordance with standard procedures;
& @6 Z+ H2 _6 N, p" E$ _2 V· Maintain customer data and update changes to existing accounts in the corporate' I7 B) e9 Q3 j! q8 m
database;1 f/ s K/ @$ S* e/ M" x4 k1 z: |
· Address client inquiries regarding status of orders, payment, refunds, etc;5 A% W% ~+ g2 {* n
· Forward customer leads to appropriate sales personnel;1 g ^+ H6 F6 }
· Actively participate in semi-annual physical inventory count;: U5 D; M& o% L' ?* _
Qualifications/Requirements:
, S& u: i+ m. C7 c. N' Y- G· Strong team player with excellent customer service skills and able to build and maintain
7 r# U, q) @! O; I# e( A! \lasting relationships with customers;
' [- T) x0 q# t7 r* d" U· 3-5 years experience in a similar role;
5 v- L' [5 \: v· Exceptional verbal and written communication skills;! F& {! x- \4 s$ v: n5 f7 C9 i
· Strong problem identification and resolution skills;
- ]" D' i: K8 O7 {% H3 R% n· Computer literate; knowledge of Oracle 12i database (an asset);
