Role/Function:: J- z$ w9 w, ]" \6 [1 R
The Customer Service Representative is responsible for responding to client inquiries both in$ w. N/ _4 u4 ~0 k  m
person and over the telephone while supporting the sales team by building and maintaining
" `" b1 q  C. Wrelationships with existing customers. Integrity, vision, professionalism and the passion to meet

Responsibilities:
+ A' _8 m; |$ w) o· Respond to customer inquiries through inbound calls and busy walk-in traffic;
" s9 t; i3 C) `7 s1 i  T· Verify pricing and availability of product;
2 a. h+ l1 X/ Q/ n1 i, h/ t! B· Supply and inform clients of pricing, credit terms as well as entering orders in system;, O7 R7 }3 Z; _) u2 I
· Prepare and process invoices in accordance with standard procedure;1 v! P+ y" V, C, w9 t: q# s
· Collect payments for cash account orders;
: ?# O: s# @9 p) _' T; J3 u: \· Investigate and troubleshoot customer service issues;- B! z; r+ q: H
· Process special materials orders in accordance with standard procedures;8 c# h8 \/ f" V' I4 L- l
· Maintain customer data and update changes to existing accounts in the corporate
8 X- s# X# |3 V' N( Xdatabase;
2 v8 @) m% `* u: X· Address client inquiries regarding status of orders, payment, refunds, etc;
0 d7 ^2 L. W* J· Forward customer leads to appropriate sales personnel;; G' u. ]+ C: X, z; L# \
· Actively participate in semi-annual physical inventory count;6 m5 c9 d' x! v: P6 j- v
Qualifications/Requirements:
/ F: Y& {4 k: Q/ I. o% V2 X2 u· Strong team player with excellent customer service skills and able to build and maintain* q9 U7 l( T" y* _  K, x) R
lasting relationships with customers;, `: B5 ~5 f4 g+ j
· 3-5 years experience in a similar role;, c6 Z% `: Y- D+ t
· Exceptional verbal and written communication skills;
. U* [  E3 L$ L· Strong problem identification and resolution skills;
: ^; {8 k- e/ n1 O3 t· Computer literate; knowledge of Oracle 12i database (an asset);
3 A& L5 E1 k4 D8 y· Excellent organizational skills;) ?. k# K: _' ~5 P2 E% q6 u( T
