2 z6 V* m' e2 [* y9 {The Customer Service Representative is responsible for responding to client inquiries both in
9 ^+ [! S. W* |7 h0 ~$ r/ Cperson and over the telephone while supporting the sales team by building and maintaining/ K% z  P4 `! U+ {, c/ s: [8 C" G
relationships with existing customers. Integrity, vision, professionalism and the passion to meet
2 I$ u, Z& e* e5 B/ `client demands are key components of this position.
0 U$ k1 D$ j6 p5 wResponsibilities:% R: \+ s3 Q4 c7 }
· Respond to customer inquiries through inbound calls and busy walk-in traffic;0 f% a) e: N$ H1 ^5 t3 s; X7 b& ^
· Verify pricing and availability of product;9 k- z5 L# I& W0 S" A* M  i
· Supply and inform clients of pricing, credit terms as well as entering orders in system;7 t: @* u, U1 I1 a0 k. z
· Prepare and process invoices in accordance with standard procedure;
0 o9 h# E. w. d8 b3 F' r, }3 F· Collect payments for cash account orders;
+ b: I8 j& U0 Z8 a$ O· Investigate and troubleshoot customer service issues;
% o- O. s4 _! ^7 G5 ^" ?/ S8 Z· Process special materials orders in accordance with standard procedures;
% j$ s1 ]; C% ?9 b. K; R+ r· Maintain customer data and update changes to existing accounts in the corporate
1 O3 F( C6 }4 L% h- w$ T+ {database;+ `: O. K  G2 R. _9 p- i, p
· Address client inquiries regarding status of orders, payment, refunds, etc;
8 c4 j6 M! C( A7 m# [" {$ H) t· Forward customer leads to appropriate sales personnel;8 Q: y; x' N  j$ G! I- i% ]
· Actively participate in semi-annual physical inventory count;1 S" D4 H* b# c9 F% I
Qualifications/Requirements:
2 X. S: n" |2 _, R: l2 n· Strong team player with excellent customer service skills and able to build and maintain# _; n# ]; ]# o. G
lasting relationships with customers;
- k- ^, w. F  u- C· 3-5 years experience in a similar role;
. r2 l0 V4 E7 R+ x& f; C· Exceptional verbal and written communication skills;2 F& s4 n% B# m7 R4 H
· Strong problem identification and resolution skills;
  ^+ K. I2 s' D; ~' A$ M4 {* g· Computer literate; knowledge of Oracle 12i database (an asset);4 ?$ r$ F5 z# U% [0 G, w5 z# j
· Excellent organizational skills;( ], U0 @1 X: f- [# C) O  i
