immediate career opportunity for the following position at its Edmonton branch.

' C* X! J, j7 ~; F$ pThe Customer Service Representative is responsible for responding to client inquiries both in# z! |; I; S4 z
person and over the telephone while supporting the sales team by building and maintaining

client demands are key components of this position.' D) B- ?* O2 d4 H
Responsibilities:
3 m! D8 c0 j* M  {· Respond to customer inquiries through inbound calls and busy walk-in traffic;
7 ^* Z, ~* J; V. k0 K2 m· Verify pricing and availability of product;
; f( z8 s7 s: @* k· Supply and inform clients of pricing, credit terms as well as entering orders in system;
0 F0 M- ]* r8 M5 f· Prepare and process invoices in accordance with standard procedure;
5 v8 ]* I/ t3 b. d1 M4 ]7 r# C, ]· Collect payments for cash account orders;
% N1 F/ p) @" \· Investigate and troubleshoot customer service issues;2 [" H2 a8 ~* E) A  q
· Process special materials orders in accordance with standard procedures;
3 }% k- j, U7 W· Maintain customer data and update changes to existing accounts in the corporate
. J+ }. w/ e& W5 v1 J0 P5 h5 u  ^+ Ldatabase;
; c" r0 _8 i, {1 o: X) B% n· Address client inquiries regarding status of orders, payment, refunds, etc;& z# {1 T% \0 w( {" V
· Forward customer leads to appropriate sales personnel;
5 o" W4 F9 f, i1 M, i4 x5 Z· Actively participate in semi-annual physical inventory count;3 c. w; O8 d& b9 \" `% z3 f" \
Qualifications/Requirements:& c1 u6 Q, ]9 P( N/ D
· Strong team player with excellent customer service skills and able to build and maintain! k. f1 N. j( j/ M5 \3 \1 {
lasting relationships with customers;
8 P4 s4 \# ]( s: H+ U· 3-5 years experience in a similar role;* [& g+ J1 b7 ?. X& k2 i: n% T8 N9 Q
· Exceptional verbal and written communication skills;
& @# \6 E, k+ [2 x' }· Strong problem identification and resolution skills;. H  t. Q4 w8 F) Z7 E3 P, u0 F; N" i
· Computer literate; knowledge of Oracle 12i database (an asset);8 k9 @2 `9 v& h0 \5 H
· Excellent organizational skills;
. @3 w# Y6 ~8 y: T2 b· Enjoys working in a fast-paced environment;# o  U+ C$ L4 Z) n  ^+ N# H0 K$ p
