我觉得出发点是好的，但不会有长期作用。无论是"provide","offer"还是"ensure"，都少了一个主语。而这个主语还是现有的医疗系统。

可能最后无论哪个政策都是失败的。不过，一个有细节的政策将来容易被监督。

& M! v# j4 Z8 S0 i0 \这我同意。以前说过，我是支持野玫瑰的。但如果非要在PC里面选一个，恐怕我不会选择Gary。过去这几年他是主管医疗的，而医疗管的并不好。也许可以辩解说他不是一把手，没有办法。但他上台后掣肘一样的多。

现在决定成败的是出局的3位。3位出局最恨的是入局地3位，特别是第1的。他们的支持者当然不会很愉快转而支持把他们踢出去的头号敌人。

对第2，第3就不那么恨， 还可能猩猩相习。2轮选举就支持 第2第3的， 把头号敌人踢出去。

现在需要马的忽悠功夫， 给出局的3位利诱威胁， 胡萝卜小棒一齐上。把他们笼络住， 由他们把他们的支持者说服，转过来支持马，自然就不会翻船。

现在是忽悠功夫和能给的利诱决定成败

& c( a# l* h) s+ P8 w. a4 g- T我相信马的忽悠功夫，比另2位强的不是一个级别的。也有足够的利诱本钱，所以大家尽可放心。

我个人倾向Alison Redford 的医疗政策。但她今天出现重大失误，说其实第2轮只有她和马的竞争。
# x8 N# \7 d( U你让排第3的Doug Horner怎么想。这个细节可能让她完蛋。

2006 ed stelmach第一轮就是排第3， 后来第1， 第2鹬蚌相争，ed stelmach鱼瘟得利。
