A cancellation fee applies to early termination of an Optik TV 1,2, or 3year service agreement, and will be $10.00 multiplied by the number of months remaining in the term. " p- m2 O5 ]9 S- q+ J打电话问了这位同胞他说是Month by month.2 A/ }3 }3 _4 q' P4 n
Who has same case?
Sorry, Month by month means no contract, you can cancel any time. ( w) P7 @* `# G# @6个月promotion 没变, $ 50/m for 6 months; $90/m thereafter. But that letter means you have 3 years agreement.
我总是例外么?为什么我觉得Telus的网比shaw的好?至少不用我每隔一两个月就打次电话给客服,以前用shaw经常掉线的说,外加经常多收钱 $ P' A! D; S7 b' V- K, @6 S7 c0 G
楼主你去打客服说明一下情况吧,3年的话,你至少可以要回来一台笔记本(telus主页上有写,签三年给个笔记本)
楼主其实可以直接打 telus 的中文电话的,没必要找sales. 同情8 p/ Q+ z! ~$ k' H, F1 d

I called Telus and a lady check it in their system and told me I don't have contract. I asked her but why I received this kind of letter? She said maybe they made mistake. And right now I got her name and work number for the reference,if something happen.
