The Supports for People with DisABILITIES Program requires a 48 hour Weekend Worker for the Northwood Residence. This position will provide residential support to 3 men with developmental & physical disabilities and personal care needs. The hours for this position are Friday 11:00pm – Sunday 11:00pm.: o- c8 a) w( e% U0 X' x6 V4 B; `& c1 N

Responsibilities include:% S4 B& o$ U9 x$ S9 k
• Acting as a strong advocate for the individuals in the community3 F( }; \8 O% l" `' _; R) ~
• Program implementation4 o; S0 {4 L, {
• Completion of daily documentation and data collection% Q) h+ p5 ^$ t- _, O
• Facilitation of recreation and leisure2 z/ L* L" O# u M! G
• Personal care, including lifts and transfers of individuals
4 f3 T' ~3 ~$ y9 r7 p5 Q• Behavior management

Minimum Qualifications:

$ n1 r, k$ d! `7 h9 r) x• Completion of a high school diploma; T: i2 H2 _2 S" {$ a
• Six months of experience in the Human Services field% m7 O& ^6 C2 k3 x" d( L4 @
Training & Clearances (*Available from McMan at no cost to the employee) Q2 n7 L n1 J8 m: @. |0 Z
• Security Clearance Check including the Vulnerable Persons Sector Check (within the last 6 months)
2 V- u+ a3 b( E1 }• Children’s Services Intervention Record Check (within the last 6 months)

• *Medication Administration
