The Supports for People with DisABILITIES Program requires a 48 hour Weekend Worker for the Northwood Residence. This position will provide residential support to 3 men with developmental & physical disabilities and personal care needs. The hours for this position are Friday 11:00pm – Sunday 11:00pm.

/ X  b7 G6 h8 e9 w) L4 p5 a  z- R• Acting as a strong advocate for the individuals in the community
• Program implementation
. b1 o7 x/ `8 J. H• Completion of daily documentation and data collection
• Facilitation of recreation and leisure
, E; L! _, t0 P! Z7 [: n1 s• Personal care, including lifts and transfers of individuals
• Behavior management
* K+ ], B2 p, ~0 g/ V/ x4 P• Medication Administration
• Day to day operations in a residential setting, including meal preparation, and household cleaning and maintenance

Minimum Qualifications:
Education
6 ^: P/ A! n7 o: G* N• Completion of a high school diploma
• Six months of experience in the Human Services field
( d8 e4 S* N6 y) a/ U  V# |4 rTraining & Clearances (*Available from McMan at no cost to the employee)
• Security Clearance Check including the Vulnerable Persons Sector Check (within the last 6 months)
• Children’s Services Intervention Record Check (within the last 6 months)
% Q( U: v7 U3 ^: Z6 ~• Standard First Aid with CPR
+ x0 j0 \, |" L6 V6 ?• *Suicide Awareness or Suicide Intervention training
• *Non-violent Crisis Intervention Training

Salary: $13.43 - $14.25 per hour, plus benefits beginning day one of employment
