The Supports for People with DisABILITIES Program requires a 48 hour Weekend Worker for the Northwood Residence. This position will provide residential support to 3 men with developmental & physical disabilities and personal care needs. The hours for this position are Friday 11:00pm – Sunday 11:00pm.

5 X8 L* N! J6 G! k$ U) n) x$ \• Acting as a strong advocate for the individuals in the community
• Program implementation
; ?# y& E1 p4 d3 L& M/ ]• Completion of daily documentation and data collection
• Facilitation of recreation and leisure
7 U- J# F0 ]; g• Personal care, including lifts and transfers of individuals
• Behavior management
• Medication Administration
  V1 q8 A* N) t• Day to day operations in a residential setting, including meal preparation, and household cleaning and maintenance

Minimum Qualifications:
Education
6 J% S: _% ~! ]# E• Completion of a high school diploma
5 r% Z  P, |7 q6 R$ _3 O6 [• Six months of experience in the Human Services field
Training & Clearances (*Available from McMan at no cost to the employee)
5 d6 c- ?) v% r• Security Clearance Check including the Vulnerable Persons Sector Check (within the last 6 months)
: o5 y7 v# h7 h) J/ M3 r# u5 j• Children’s Services Intervention Record Check (within the last 6 months)
• Standard First Aid with CPR
• *Suicide Awareness or Suicide Intervention training

; |* r! W9 d1 Z2 v" @8 PSalary: $13.43 - $14.25 per hour, plus benefits beginning day one of employment
