Shifts: Vary day by day. This is a 24 hour restaurant requiring consistent overnight shifts

Job Description:

•        Take customers' orders
•        Clean, peel, slice and trim foodstuffs using manual and electric appliances
( D3 L* m' x" O! w, c1 G•        Prepare food such as sandwiches, hamburgers, salads, milkshakes and ice cream dishes
: l: x2 k) a4 O* \( E9 K•        Portion and wrap food or place it directly on plates for service to patrons, and package take-out food
% B3 Y3 Y4 r: B5 k•        Serve customers at counters or buffet tables
•        Stock refrigerators and salad bars and keep records of the quantities of food used
•        Receive payment for food items purchased
