Shifts: Vary day by day. This is a 24 hour restaurant requiring consistent overnight shifts

Job Description:

•        Take customers' orders
•        Clean, peel, slice and trim foodstuffs using manual and electric appliances
9 t% i1 k4 p. `  J; @1 {) d. i$ Z' j•        Prepare food such as sandwiches, hamburgers, salads, milkshakes and ice cream dishes
! Q0 k3 T$ r/ F•        Portion and wrap food or place it directly on plates for service to patrons, and package take-out food
2 K6 C# `; W" z, K•        Serve customers at counters or buffet tables
•        Stock refrigerators and salad bars and keep records of the quantities of food used
