• Take customers' orders. `- ~7 h, Q+ _9 w
• Clean, peel, slice and trim foodstuffs using manual and electric appliances5 z- T$ b2 C9 H
• Prepare food such as sandwiches, hamburgers, salads, milkshakes and ice cream dishes
) @) w& Q* t. H• Portion and wrap food or place it directly on plates for service to patrons, and package take-out food" c& p! q9 S }
• Serve customers at counters or buffet tables& [( n, ^, O% z+ ` t& d
• Stock refrigerators and salad bars and keep records of the quantities of food used
