•        Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule the activities of staff who prepare, portion and serve food
•        Estimate and order ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation
9 I" O+ j$ S, b6 l" X6 T•        Establish methods to meet work schedules
/ o, b$ ~) {: G( \•        Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
7 e+ y4 a; P8 O9 h  [) e  l•        Train staff in job duties, and sanitation and safety procedures
•        Supervise and check assembly of regular and special trays and delivery of food
•        Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
•        May participate in the selection of food service staff and assist in the development of policies, procedures and budgets

Skills/Requirements:

* i2 k; m6 Z3 N•        Completion of high school or equivalent required
•        Service customers in a timely and courteous manner in accordance with company standards.
•        Experience in cash handling, food safety and willingness to be a team player is required.
