' r" @1 H& |5 v•        Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule the activities of staff who prepare, portion and serve food
•        Estimate and order ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation
•        Establish methods to meet work schedules
. E% a8 k  b: x•        Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
0 ~- J0 C0 c/ U+ L$ P5 M: i; b•        Train staff in job duties, and sanitation and safety procedures
•        Supervise and check assembly of regular and special trays and delivery of food
% h% N+ l: ?0 M  l0 Z•        Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
9 k; `! r8 c! V" L1 q7 ~* H•        May participate in the selection of food service staff and assist in the development of policies, procedures and budgets
•        May plan menus and determine related food and labour costs.

Skills/Requirements:
! y0 V+ \9 I4 I' h5 L7 z6 N
•        Completion of high school or equivalent required
•        Service customers in a timely and courteous manner in accordance with company standards.
) M3 m. G0 I- G) m1 j•        Experience in cash handling, food safety and willingness to be a team player is required.
•        Two years experience in food preparation and customer service are required
