Shifts: Vary day by day. This is a 24 hour restaurant requiring consistent overnight shifts

•        Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule the activities of staff who prepare, portion and serve food
9 X* x' Y# {' p* C% m& d) V•        Estimate and order ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation
•        Establish methods to meet work schedules
•        Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
+ L1 o3 ?! G9 h1 r•        Train staff in job duties, and sanitation and safety procedures
# `5 s8 o8 a0 o: [" a•        Supervise and check assembly of regular and special trays and delivery of food
•        Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
2 t  |& l4 I+ K% M•        May participate in the selection of food service staff and assist in the development of policies, procedures and budgets
•        May plan menus and determine related food and labour costs.

•        Completion of high school or equivalent required
# x) n. Z$ r) v4 \/ F* ]•        Service customers in a timely and courteous manner in accordance with company standards.
: b. ^+ C- F! a) y. C: `0 g" R•        Experience in cash handling, food safety and willingness to be a team player is required.
•        Two years experience in food preparation and customer service are required
