Location:  10628 100 Street, Westlock, Alberta

Shifts: Vary day by day. This is a 24 hour restaurant requiring consistent overnight shifts

Job Description:

•        Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule the activities of staff who prepare, portion and serve food
•        Estimate and order ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation
•        Establish methods to meet work schedules
3 L. _! l5 L; z* b8 U, [+ ]•        Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
9 i2 \  N5 N5 N) h& ^: Z& @•        Train staff in job duties, and sanitation and safety procedures
•        Supervise and check assembly of regular and special trays and delivery of food
•        Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
•        May participate in the selection of food service staff and assist in the development of policies, procedures and budgets

Skills/Requirements:

•        Completion of high school or equivalent required
, \; W; I2 b- F•        Service customers in a timely and courteous manner in accordance with company standards.
9 {0 |3 y; X8 f•        Experience in cash handling, food safety and willingness to be a team player is required.
