Location:  10628 100 Street, Westlock, Alberta
Wage: $13.28/hour, 40 hours per week

•        Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule the activities of staff who prepare, portion and serve food
•        Estimate and order ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation
8 W+ X3 w! {  R" a8 l" W: i•        Establish methods to meet work schedules
0 _( R8 f3 _2 d) ^) R•        Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
. j, y: e: h- v0 Q" s2 j( L: T% e•        Train staff in job duties, and sanitation and safety procedures
•        Supervise and check assembly of regular and special trays and delivery of food
4 s2 h  D* S' _/ Q# M•        Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
5 W. j6 t5 i0 [8 E1 C•        May participate in the selection of food service staff and assist in the development of policies, procedures and budgets
•        May plan menus and determine related food and labour costs.

+ m( \. B6 f8 c2 d$ W( g  K! T•        Service customers in a timely and courteous manner in accordance with company standards.
•        Experience in cash handling, food safety and willingness to be a team player is required.
•        Two years experience in food preparation and customer service are required
