请问有人知道 经纪韦太的“sold in 90 days” 的保证是怎样的吗？

在华人报上看到她的广告 “ your home sold in 90 days,guaranteed, or we will buy it with cash"  。 有人找过她卖房吗？

基本上这种保证是骗人的。如果有保证合同，其中会有很多对你不利的附加条件。
