, r. k# b" N% C7 C4 h> software support for 43 stores nation wide as well as the Head Office.

4 C5 e. B/ c1 u0 e> Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

1 T" c2 d) a" _' v> Technical Support for 43 Stores:
# x; W# X( _' n  T& |5 Z> · Maintain support for Pin Pads, PCs, Servers, Printers,
> etc…as it applies to the daily operations of the store.
1 p0 j* Q0 d" _& Y" F/ z" C> · Provide support for POS systems and Windows software,
* p+ D2 D) u/ L& q1 y/ x> troubleshooting any issues that may arise.
> · Provide timely updates of software and hardware when needed.
- @- e" \& f# B: ^3 g+ a4 k> · Provide support for LAN and WAN connections i.e. Internet,
  R6 W! ^2 G  `( t, u" G( d% C> network, VPN, etc.
; ~; q' i7 W' w$ ]8 d> · On-call after hours support required

> Head office support:
> · Provide support for PC hardware and software for local users.
8 ^# y; @: m# @; b> · Provide support for printers, faxes, etc…
& h& r; ]# h  ]( p7 J; \7 s> · Maintain Active Directory.
> · Maintain system backups.
> · Provide maintenance and upgrades for Servers.
$ w; N$ w% U2 ^" _9 b> · Provide maintenance and upgrades for WAN and LAN.
> · Assist in setup of users and groups on internal network
> including email, server access and print device(s).

> Requirements:
> · Post Secondary education related to the field of Computer
' V2 `' v  R: W  z* T> Sciences or equivalent work experience.
> · 1 -2 years related experience.
> · Experience with Windows environments, Active Directory, email
> and networking.
, o( z. V8 a9 R2 {; n> · Enterprise environment experience preferable
> · Exchange experience will be considered an asset
> · Problem solving and multi-tasking skills.
