我是根据这个方子改的。 家里没有brown sugar 了,就用了白糖。用brown sugar肯定好吃些。 酷暑只给买了一包cream cheese, 所以FILLING的所有东西都减半。 家里也没有vanilla, 就用了半个柠檬,还加了一点点柠檬皮. 加柠檬皮时一定要把那些白筋剔掉,不然会苦。

3/4 cup all-purpose flour

1/4 cup chopped nuts (optional)
8 i! v0 @5 x6 g% z" p4 T1/4 teaspoon baking soda
# g- V8 `! B5 X1/4 teaspoon salt (optional)

Two 8-ounce packages cream cheese, softened

2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
4 R- Q/ S" G3 U1 X/ c9 I2 eggs

Heat oven to 350°F. Lightly spray 13 x 9-inch metal baking pan with cooking spray. # b3 t+ P; B: m# S9 s
1 k6 r8 Z! @% S6 |, c: i" R0 y DFor crust, combine oats, flour, brown sugar, nuts, baking soda and salt in large bowl; mix well. Add margarine; mix until crumbly. Press oat mixture onto bottom of pan. " r* u/ T- C( I. Y* |' s

5 w7 h& m% N4 YFor filling, beat together cream cheese, granulated sugar and flour with electric mixer in large bowl until creamy. Add eggs and vanilla; beat well. Pour over crust, spreading evenly. Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until set. Cool completely; chill.
