我是根据这个方子改的。 家里没有brown sugar 了,就用了白糖。用brown sugar肯定好吃些。 酷暑只给买了一包cream cheese, 所以FILLING的所有东西都减半。 家里也没有vanilla, 就用了半个柠檬,还加了一点点柠檬皮. 加柠檬皮时一定要把那些白筋剔掉,不然会苦。/ \ L" o$ l) T. |' C$ T

CRUST

3/4 cup all-purpose flour

1/4 cup chopped nuts (optional)

1/4 teaspoon salt (optional)

FILLING

3/4 cup granulated sugar

1 @2 Z1 q) ~: z* M# m( d9 K5 G% QHeat oven to 350°F. Lightly spray 13 x 9-inch metal baking pan with cooking spray.

A6 |; q& M& k# {, ?7 I4 XFor crust, combine oats, flour, brown sugar, nuts, baking soda and salt in large bowl; mix well. Add margarine; mix until crumbly. Press oat mixture onto bottom of pan. 4 D1 b2 U% @5 p" |7 N# T3 ]; V

For filling, beat together cream cheese, granulated sugar and flour with electric mixer in large bowl until creamy. Add eggs and vanilla; beat well. Pour over crust, spreading evenly. Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until set. Cool completely; chill. " B. X7 ^0 e6 o' P
