% e" z8 e8 l- U; z' Z* g9 U- |; Z, N; BReporting to the Human Resources Manager, your duties will include, but not be limited to:
  w5 m+ ^1 E2 U•        Encourage and enhance a positive and professional working environment.
% L9 H: b  V! b6 \•        Foster positive employee relations through effective interpersonal communication with all team members.
( g% N% A: L$ l•        Support the introduction, training and participation in Human Resources related programs, including performance management, ethical conduct and career development." X$ ]2 F9 n3 ?$ i
•        Promote management best practices and provide guidance on employment standards and employee relations issues.- n6 v) n( C, |5 c: ?+ |; h
•        Research, develop and implement recognition and retention strategies and initiatives.
$ `+ E# K! W3 n5 U1 o( Y•        Participate in full cycle recruitment process to successfully attract candidates.
1 p. w9 N6 i$ G0 }- k•        Prepare required Human Resources reporting (including ad hoc reports, turnover statistics, organizational charts, employee updates, weekly recruiting reporting) as required.# N) e+ r* {# y# M/ ~" ^
•        Distribute pertinent information to the Payroll Department and Tracer's benefit providers.0 M) d: _: _1 J- r2 \; _
•        Maintain personnel information for union and non-union employees in Tracer's Human Resources Information System (SAP).$ f' h5 o: m8 ~$ Z% ?# o. H
•        Coordinate the company group RRSP plan and employee stock purchase program.
1 B$ _8 I; V; m' n4 R, g' A  _•        Support the development and implementation of company forms, policies and procedures.& E7 {4 d1 ^( t$ {! t
•        Attend and participate in departmental meetings./ }7 e- j/ N1 g* s  ^! D
•        Assist with the formulation and implementation of internal training programs., \4 s# l/ D1 V5 A& I# Q' T3 f
•        Maintain the highest level of confidentiality.. q2 H7 T4 E* D8 F$ b0 ]
•        Additional special projects as required by the Human Resources Manager.

Requirements:
- |% S: J8 E2 J( Q) v+ ?•        Applicants must possess a high level of integrity and professionalism, as well as strong organizational and written and verbal communication skills.
, s' \$ K, @6 ^! z! _) k* A•        The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years experience in a Human Resources Generalist position, as well as post-secondary education specializing in Human Resources.
* M: [( [& Z% J0 d•        Strong Union Relations experience required. % s; Y& ~- b& ]; O
•        Proficiency in MS Office is required and SAP experience is considered an asset.
8 ?, Q& c  C( d4 p; r•        CHRP Designation is an asset.
