0 ~6 g+ ^3 Q- {8 z) y1 AReporting to the Human Resources Manager, your duties will include, but not be limited to:7 q7 F4 E: N( x! T
•        Encourage and enhance a positive and professional working environment.
' r, C: a: s4 S: }9 b; D. C•        Foster positive employee relations through effective interpersonal communication with all team members.7 r- q% w! P; {7 {3 o
•        Support the introduction, training and participation in Human Resources related programs, including performance management, ethical conduct and career development.
2 a  b- x* ?& w4 N•        Promote management best practices and provide guidance on employment standards and employee relations issues.( G$ ^/ }9 v6 @5 Q+ ^0 q2 \: W% P
•        Research, develop and implement recognition and retention strategies and initiatives. : c  L6 l- t) b% m% s# X5 c, ?* c4 ]7 d
•        Participate in full cycle recruitment process to successfully attract candidates.6 q- I# ?7 d- N% H3 ]. S" D
•        Prepare required Human Resources reporting (including ad hoc reports, turnover statistics, organizational charts, employee updates, weekly recruiting reporting) as required.
6 W3 Z* A: D# m3 R9 B% F9 @•        Distribute pertinent information to the Payroll Department and Tracer's benefit providers.
' K6 L  Z/ A1 l6 M•        Maintain personnel information for union and non-union employees in Tracer's Human Resources Information System (SAP).# q& M& k# p1 z! _7 y, L/ O
•        Coordinate the company group RRSP plan and employee stock purchase program.
6 o. V3 }* T( m7 u& \3 ^•        Support the development and implementation of company forms, policies and procedures.& V% V" [' H( B( S# ]
•        Attend and participate in departmental meetings.8 Q' K, @! Q# u0 ], {/ t
•        Assist with the formulation and implementation of internal training programs.
% I. S$ S2 p7 b•        Maintain the highest level of confidentiality.2 F/ M1 z: t2 u
•        Additional special projects as required by the Human Resources Manager.

; n4 S" l* k+ r8 U6 IRequirements:
: }( t* k3 M6 F- b% T6 C$ C•        Applicants must possess a high level of integrity and professionalism, as well as strong organizational and written and verbal communication skills.
3 L7 }8 ~+ H: ]* @•        The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years experience in a Human Resources Generalist position, as well as post-secondary education specializing in Human Resources.
4 B- V  k/ ^* Y" A3 Y2 R8 }; t•        Strong Union Relations experience required. 5 W& e% d- ^+ x% O* {) s
•        Proficiency in MS Office is required and SAP experience is considered an asset.
