不需要发面,那最简单了,机器揉完面,会停下来的呀,那时候你看面团光滑了,就可以停止机器,把面团取出来。我的机器貌似大约15还是20分钟就不揉了,你可以等程序启动15分后去看看,机器还转不转,不转了,就是揉完了,在机器旁等几分钟,如果都不动,就是不揉了。) j) d+ l1 z: ^8 V: R5 G7 a% |% K

我试图网上搜过机器每个程序段的时间,但是没搜到。所以,其实要是能有时间,花3个小时,在机器旁,仔细观察一次机器的整个程序的时间分部,对今后就非常有帮助。每次做,我都会守着机器大概30分钟,看看面的湿度,精度情况,适量调整材料的分量和揉面时间。
