Main duties:
) }. _  y3 n, {8 Q3 }0 G9 d7 M4 g•        Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule the activities of staff who prepare, portion and serve food
•        Estimate and order ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation
# |% A0 W( h* A•        Prepare food order summaries for chef according to requests from customers
6 }2 C7 F, V2 s+ S2 Y7 g•        Establish methods to meet work schedules
- s# `6 H, B) M; x5 m3 U•        Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
* x# Z9 |" k0 e8 J2 d/ R2 f' B0 q•        Train staff in job duties, and sanitation and safety procedures
•        Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
•        May participate in the selection of food service staff and assist in the development of policies, procedures and budgets
! r1 V9 V8 E+ X' N! f+ _" Z2 p•        May plan menus and determine related food and labour costs

+ y" j( u. D4 D; h9 V3 XJob Requirements:
# o- x  f7 o9 p4 J3 B2 ?3 B2 _. b•        Completion of secondary education is required
•        2 years of experience in food preparation or service are required
0 c2 |$ @1 e$ }. T5 f7 K2 x( q•        Availability to work day, night and weekend shifts and “on call” requests are a must
5 x' b9 q) M& H$ Z5 m1 j* ?8 [•        Viable candidates must  have a suitable means to travel to and from work regardless of time of day
