Wages:         $13.30/ hour, 40 hours per week

, [6 |9 Y6 X/ P/ _•        Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule the activities of staff who prepare, portion and serve food
•        Estimate and order ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation
) W% B- ]( F5 g6 l•        Prepare food order summaries for chef according to requests from customers
•        Establish methods to meet work schedules
•        Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
, m5 Y* Q6 A4 e; I  E& j•        Train staff in job duties, and sanitation and safety procedures
1 U# Q# ?( \! r' J•        Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
•        May participate in the selection of food service staff and assist in the development of policies, procedures and budgets
•        May plan menus and determine related food and labour costs

1 \; U/ K# z& r/ U! W5 Y•        Completion of secondary education is required
( w; ~  p+ _3 V/ @& M& P! w5 H7 ]•        2 years of experience in food preparation or service are required
•        Availability to work day, night and weekend shifts and “on call” requests are a must
0 Z- o3 i! ~( F0 M•        Viable candidates must  have a suitable means to travel to and from work regardless of time of day
