Shifts:                 Rotational / day / night / weekends

/ y# X6 Z  y: T) f& s' q, oMain duties:
•        Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule the activities of staff who prepare, portion and serve food
•        Estimate and order ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation
•        Prepare food order summaries for chef according to requests from customers
, W0 A3 t; \  Z•        Establish methods to meet work schedules
7 f. {6 a/ W/ W( w: H0 V4 P' q•        Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
•        Train staff in job duties, and sanitation and safety procedures
•        Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
) L) M* `; J) b0 i+ M! Y% b•        May participate in the selection of food service staff and assist in the development of policies, procedures and budgets

Job Requirements:
( i) ~& x  r2 c( z2 {" i- N' f•        Completion of secondary education is required
•        2 years of experience in food preparation or service are required
. U" I( q5 K% h0 {4 {. P•        Availability to work day, night and weekend shifts and “on call” requests are a must
•        Viable candidates must  have a suitable means to travel to and from work regardless of time of day
