•        Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule the activities of staff who prepare, portion and serve food
•        Estimate and order ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation
. I& W" x. Z( O- q) I/ O•        Prepare food order summaries for chef according to requests from customers
•        Establish methods to meet work schedules
  m" }, L7 l  `0 P, b  ^- z•        Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
& g" `: x- m4 B% y3 `5 ~3 f4 A•        Train staff in job duties, and sanitation and safety procedures
•        Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
' {  Z8 V; f% F* d" X' h% e•        May participate in the selection of food service staff and assist in the development of policies, procedures and budgets
% s& P- j: c2 T% ~- h' T; t! ~•        May plan menus and determine related food and labour costs

$ F0 l* T1 z& X. F5 p, a) s•        Completion of secondary education is required
•        2 years of experience in food preparation or service are required
•        Availability to work day, night and weekend shifts and “on call” requests are a must
$ E. R9 `& g  H: J! Y•        Viable candidates must  have a suitable means to travel to and from work regardless of time of day
