Heading to Edmonton Canadian Derby Half marathon this August, & G$ T" U/ w9 d
just wondering if there is any marathon runner around here doing training too? ) k9 z' Q2 n$ K* \6 d C

If you are doing mileage around 30 to 35 km per week, we could be good training partners.

1 P M" d5 }; z% DBy the way, my race time for 5k would be around 22:00, 10k race time is around 46:30, ( z }5 u+ ~2 z. B* C l5 g
targeting half marathon at 1:40:00 (first timer);1 V" P7 L0 ]* q/ U" B; {: b2 Q
# U7 r. S2 E% a" M) ]& f- {Looking for runners who are close to my level, prefer you are faster than I am, don't mind if you are a little bit slower.
