Job Description:
- M. f# H0 S* h- K( u/ G•        Complete and post staff schedules
1 ], D4 o; E$ ~" ?& D: `# f•        Complete inventory and ordering on a weekly basis and adjustments on a daily basis. Complete all paperwork and adjustment on time and deliver to the office on or before deadlines0 Q( x. V/ Y) ^( |! M- O- n5 G
•        Maintain business records as outlined in the Subway Operations Manual, and as directed by management, X9 h- i, @7 o) U
•        Communicate changes of food formulas, standards, etc. to staff
' D) s$ ^- ]7 T! k5 K! g! q•        Support local and national marketing initiatives. New windows up before opening on start date  j3 f& S- N" b$ @* M% [
•        Ensure all local and national health and food safety codes are maintained and company safety and security policies are followed7 b( t9 u& I' T9 y
•        Recruit, reward, train, evaluate, and terminate staff, supervising between 10 – 20 employees2 T! X9 [7 R1 g# X. Y* T4 p
•        Identify and contact prospective customers to promote sales8 g& `/ S6 D/ G) r# i2 M
•        Plan special events and promotions, participate in all events and promotions sponsored by management " p) B( q3 k$ ]. ~' s- E3 ]& L
•        Complete online coursework in the University of Subway as directed. Monitor staff progress on University of Subway6 B" c- Z7 Q5 w: Q5 f5 I/ [7 J
•        Ensure bank deposits are done daily2 ?1 t4 N: r* X) Y; ^
•        Complete other duties as may be assigned by management.

Skills/Requirements:" U, T5 B' \& S- f

6 b- [8 @3 Z( x* PEducation: Completion of secondary school is required; h% Y1 a- @1 L& J6 q) v+ E! S
Experience: 2-3 years of supervisory or managerial experience in the food services sector. QSR experience an asset
# ]3 Q' J0 w' C- j8 dCredentials: Alberta Health and Food Safety Certificate (paid for by employer)7 [% C9 r; o# p/ H! [. u( [: b
Physical: Must be able to work any area of the restaurant when needed and to operate a computerized Point of Sale system/ cash register. Position requires bending, standing, and walking the entire workday. Must be able to lift 10 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds on occasion
