• Complete and post staff schedules * |7 v8 Y- G! u, C) j0 w
• Complete inventory and ordering on a weekly basis and adjustments on a daily basis. Complete all paperwork and adjustment on time and deliver to the office on or before deadlines% w; l5 M9 J" _4 r+ f4 Y& {
• Maintain business records as outlined in the Subway Operations Manual, and as directed by management, c# T; D5 k L: f* x# Q( C
• Communicate changes of food formulas, standards, etc. to staff% P) i/ j9 ^5 A; F) {! P' u4 z
• Support local and national marketing initiatives. New windows up before opening on start date
! R7 S. r& f5 J* O• Ensure all local and national health and food safety codes are maintained and company safety and security policies are followed
5 i, \6 N$ F& J' }• Recruit, reward, train, evaluate, and terminate staff, supervising between 10 – 20 employees

Credentials: Alberta Health and Food Safety Certificate (paid for by employer)
