Wages:         $33,945.60 paid annually plus performance-based bonuses, 40 hours per week

  d5 I* ]# N5 a! m•        Complete and post staff schedules
+ ]) n$ i7 O/ ?% h7 H$ y. a6 D•        Complete inventory and ordering on a weekly basis and adjustments on a daily basis. Complete all paperwork and adjustment on time and deliver to the office on or before deadlines
•        Maintain business records as outlined in the Subway Operations Manual, and as directed by management
•        Communicate changes of food formulas, standards, etc. to staff
) D& x: x% ~5 g- f* L' K9 M•        Support local and national marketing initiatives. New windows up before opening on start date
# i# f6 M  \6 y" t•        Ensure all local and national health and food safety codes are maintained and company safety and security policies are followed
•        Recruit, reward, train, evaluate, and terminate staff, supervising between 10 – 20 employees
•        Identify and contact prospective customers to promote sales
% l2 U4 Q7 l8 c, W* A0 |•        Plan special events and promotions, participate in all events and promotions sponsored by management
! }- e! h1 k7 }•        Complete online coursework in the University of Subway as directed. Monitor staff progress on University of Subway
•        Ensure bank deposits are done daily

Skills/Requirements:

Education: Completion of secondary school is required
. b7 T0 G7 B7 a! d/ C7 QExperience: 2-3 years of supervisory or managerial experience in the food services sector. QSR experience an asset
/ J6 z3 W+ \: @% y" g" G8 aCredentials: Alberta Health and Food Safety Certificate (paid for by employer)
Physical: Must be able to work any area of the restaurant when needed and to operate a computerized Point of Sale system/ cash register. Position requires bending, standing, and walking the entire workday. Must be able to lift 10 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds on occasion
