•        Complete and post staff schedules
& V+ q3 G+ y8 [! t; r4 A5 R8 m•        Complete inventory and ordering on a weekly basis and adjustments on a daily basis. Complete all paperwork and adjustment on time and deliver to the office on or before deadlines
! Y# I0 q1 i, d, {' O•        Maintain business records as outlined in the Subway Operations Manual, and as directed by management) K0 y4 j. L6 [, Y9 f
•        Communicate changes of food formulas, standards, etc. to staff
5 x8 Z5 z* v& \' Z' e+ c: @; I•        Support local and national marketing initiatives. New windows up before opening on start date$ b3 [( t+ h( O/ D
•        Ensure all local and national health and food safety codes are maintained and company safety and security policies are followed" F' Y) t! g5 w  k8 _
•        Recruit, reward, train, evaluate, and terminate staff, supervising between 10 – 20 employees
3 r$ f% T2 w& M•        Identify and contact prospective customers to promote sales
% W# D$ |" g$ g5 |8 m- g4 q$ H•        Plan special events and promotions, participate in all events and promotions sponsored by management
8 N7 U8 ^* S* L•        Complete online coursework in the University of Subway as directed. Monitor staff progress on University of Subway3 }3 S$ P  I0 [8 I( P
•        Ensure bank deposits are done daily

Skills/Requirements:

) V+ i& e' T4 E2 |Education: Completion of secondary school is required
: u* C+ |9 z0 cExperience: 2-3 years of supervisory or managerial experience in the food services sector. QSR experience an asset4 s2 V1 Q& `, _% ?, N
Credentials: Alberta Health and Food Safety Certificate (paid for by employer)" c0 O0 s7 j- N' A# P' j6 i1 {/ e
Physical: Must be able to work any area of the restaurant when needed and to operate a computerized Point of Sale system/ cash register. Position requires bending, standing, and walking the entire workday. Must be able to lift 10 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds on occasion9 S& k4 ]0 y* ^
