• Complete and post staff schedules 7 z) g: Q6 t, W1 @& G
• Complete inventory and ordering on a weekly basis and adjustments on a daily basis. Complete all paperwork and adjustment on time and deliver to the office on or before deadlines
9 e! H' }& n* Z5 H% n' J+ d; y• Maintain business records as outlined in the Subway Operations Manual, and as directed by management

• Support local and national marketing initiatives. New windows up before opening on start date- |5 w' z3 v( `. f# _
• Ensure all local and national health and food safety codes are maintained and company safety and security policies are followed

• Ensure bank deposits are done daily

Physical: Must be able to work any area of the restaurant when needed and to operate a computerized Point of Sale system/ cash register. Position requires bending, standing, and walking the entire workday. Must be able to lift 10 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds on occasion
