Job Description:

• Complete inventory and ordering on a weekly basis and adjustments on a daily basis. Complete all paperwork and adjustment on time and deliver to the office on or before deadlines' D2 R+ @7 x3 S) v3 X$ ]. u# ]8 J
• Maintain business records as outlined in the Subway Operations Manual, and as directed by management+ h) P ?, n U; f/ Y3 D
• Communicate changes of food formulas, standards, etc. to staff
7 |) M. a3 w4 _% [6 r& p* e• Support local and national marketing initiatives. New windows up before opening on start date
* r9 Y$ \$ q" g1 l) U+ H u• Ensure all local and national health and food safety codes are maintained and company safety and security policies are followed
: C) D( a* |7 L• Recruit, reward, train, evaluate, and terminate staff, supervising between 10 – 20 employees8 p4 N6 W1 x/ U+ ~
• Identify and contact prospective customers to promote sales

• Complete online coursework in the University of Subway as directed. Monitor staff progress on University of Subway

Credentials: Alberta Health and Food Safety Certificate (paid for by employer)
5 c! J0 y2 V$ yPhysical: Must be able to work any area of the restaurant when needed and to operate a computerized Point of Sale system/ cash register. Position requires bending, standing, and walking the entire workday. Must be able to lift 10 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds on occasion9 ]9 O% N- _% Z: l9 p' ^& D. P
