Wages:         $33,945.60 paid annually plus performance-based bonuses, 40 hours per week

•        Complete and post staff schedules 7 z) g: Q6 t, W1 @& G
•        Complete inventory and ordering on a weekly basis and adjustments on a daily basis. Complete all paperwork and adjustment on time and deliver to the office on or before deadlines
9 e! H' }& n* Z5 H% n' J+ d; y•        Maintain business records as outlined in the Subway Operations Manual, and as directed by management
6 ~! i5 |( {# P. e" q- e! M•        Communicate changes of food formulas, standards, etc. to staff- c3 m' [- Z9 r6 C7 W
•        Support local and national marketing initiatives. New windows up before opening on start date- |5 w' z3 v( `. f# _
•        Ensure all local and national health and food safety codes are maintained and company safety and security policies are followed
7 a$ \3 b# I* _# e! W3 v" ?) s+ u+ r•        Recruit, reward, train, evaluate, and terminate staff, supervising between 10 – 20 employees

•        Plan special events and promotions, participate in all events and promotions sponsored by management & f! l- s1 K; `) Y$ e* H
•        Complete online coursework in the University of Subway as directed. Monitor staff progress on University of Subway: [& G& w: Q, N- p7 v7 t
•        Ensure bank deposits are done daily

Experience: 2-3 years of supervisory or managerial experience in the food services sector. QSR experience an asset
  y, F: B7 P+ {( z9 l" cCredentials: Alberta Health and Food Safety Certificate (paid for by employer)7 m/ a3 [. U3 Y; _+ v% }' N
Physical: Must be able to work any area of the restaurant when needed and to operate a computerized Point of Sale system/ cash register. Position requires bending, standing, and walking the entire workday. Must be able to lift 10 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds on occasion
