Job Description:; N0 q$ q; t/ R, c
• Complete and post staff schedules # A/ W. ^0 `1 d' d. R( q& d
• Complete inventory and ordering on a weekly basis and adjustments on a daily basis. Complete all paperwork and adjustment on time and deliver to the office on or before deadlines* G- l+ }& P9 {# T
• Maintain business records as outlined in the Subway Operations Manual, and as directed by management5 L; a% X: W# G8 R/ A3 O+ O1 ^
• Communicate changes of food formulas, standards, etc. to staff) c% N) g6 j8 \9 W
• Support local and national marketing initiatives. New windows up before opening on start date. Q$ ]3 s4 h. V+ y; \% q" G
• Ensure all local and national health and food safety codes are maintained and company safety and security policies are followed+ z6 G5 F9 Q0 J9 C, Q$ I& m2 W
• Recruit, reward, train, evaluate, and terminate staff, supervising between 10 – 20 employees# U3 ]6 J/ |! l5 U c5 x
• Identify and contact prospective customers to promote sales1 n4 |2 T# W. L) |5 a
• Plan special events and promotions, participate in all events and promotions sponsored by management
+ i* [* G. ?& Z/ G f• Complete online coursework in the University of Subway as directed. Monitor staff progress on University of Subway

Credentials: Alberta Health and Food Safety Certificate (paid for by employer)# X; P+ J% I% }8 s$ O9 z, m5 {
Physical: Must be able to work any area of the restaurant when needed and to operate a computerized Point of Sale system/ cash register. Position requires bending, standing, and walking the entire workday. Must be able to lift 10 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds on occasion& r, [/ G2 J* v' l! d5 U
