求助 關於薪水

我即將於今年四月畢業
畢業前在一家公司裡頭coop
) g/ a( [5 o% Z8 p* o最近公司給我offer
1 d+ c* K2 O' u% x& i提供一個permanent position但是薪水跟我實習的時候一模一樣
然後告訴我明年1月會有salary adjustment
# @- B; l8 K5 O& |, |想來想去還是覺得不對
- n3 ?" G7 j% i) `% x$ B# Y已經不是實習了  但還是領實習Level的薪水
! t- g) B, [; m! w2 x該怎麼跟他們negotiate薪水?

Are the duties the same as coop?
If I were you, I will take the job first. Negotiation when you are capable on the position.
