The successful candidate will:

Participate in the software/component development lifecycle
Participate in the analysis, design, code & testing of existing and new components
Follow the organization’s software development processes including quality assurance and version control
! n  C3 i# ?/ ^1 ]& WDesign/plan/perform maintenance, enhancement, development and testing tasks on new and existing in-house desktop and/or web applications.
4 b8 p) D# E$ p, D- m; h$ GThe successful candidate will have:

; L0 Y9 p  C3 _) x4 S+ |4 L' a6 EPost secondary training in Computer Science or Engineering (Minimum 2-Year Program)
8 v$ Y" \/ M* R1 Y! `) L3-5 years in web application development
; a  h! i% e1 I# zStrong C#, ASP.NET, JavaScript (Prototype or JQuery) development skills
0 B8 s7 T$ ~4 \8 V4 _1 ?MS SQL development and administration skills
Excellent understanding of Object-oriented programming
( O' ~9 j" F# o4 W# c% RExperience with Visual Studio

其实５万工资是一个刚毕业IT学生的起点工资，一般来讲，有本科学历的DEVELOPER起点工资是这么多，只有一年工作经验完全可以试下，楼上要是有意向，可以和我联系，谈谈你做的东西。
! u9 U/ w0 J% x7 i- \/ G8 U& t! CINTERMEDIATE这个活动空间比较大，没有必要被吓到了。我现在做的是SENIOR DEVELOPER和TEAM LEAD，有的公司要求是最少是七年工作经验，其实我工作才整５年，而且这个职位我已经做了半年了，你要觉的自己能力够了，尝试下也不是没有可能。

不要觉的5万工资是那么难赚，其实ALBERTA这个地方，普通找个LABOUR搬家都15-20一小时了，不象论坛里一位大神说的那样，会计毕业给你2万你就感恩戴德了。中国人找工作其实就是两点欠缺，自信和语言，好好准备，一切兼有可能。GOOD LUCK！
