Mandatory Qualifications:

•        Several years of practical experience in Trade Finance activities

- I$ C' ~# f+ @3 Z! y) p•        Thorough and complete knowledge of the Uniform Customs and Practice for Documentary Credits, the Bills of Exchange Act, INCOTERMS, world shipping practices, and Canadian / Foreign customs

•        Strong knowledge of statutory requirements, International Law and Customs relating to Letters of Credit and Bank policy as high level transactional support to customers is required

% `' G! y8 W. W•        Capable of applying knowledge in accurately assessing / mitigating transaction and compliance risks and making judgemental decisions on problem transactions

3 ]( E9 t. u& G8 C7 A( l1 d5 B•        Possess an ability to evaluate high risk, complex transactions and make recommendations to the Senior Assistant Manager to minimize and or mitigate potential losses to the Bank and its customers.

•        have at least 3 years of international work experience in their field
•        have little or no career related Canadian work experience

•        are legally able to work in Canada
