This resource will be responsible for the following:

1 r7 a4 r1 S4 ^0 C& h•        Perform development in a .NET 4.0 environment based on design specifications provided
•        Correct code defects and write code enhancements based on design specifications provided
  K1 x# @% ~7 Q% E9 R$ X•        Perform development and defect correction on medium to very complex tasks
" E) A2 r& j6 U•        Perform analysis and design for small system enhancements
& k: D9 f' }# j2 n; k4 d) V•        Perform and document unit testing including automated unit testing
; [$ j7 r  n: e/ T2 L•        The ability to step in an quickly pick up in the architecture and become productive very quickly

•        Identify project issues and risks, as well as quality and scope deviation
8 \/ T5 ~' F7 s3 [/ t4 e. f7 ?/ a•        Must have excellent troubleshooting and problem solving skills

MANDATORY

' n& M& }, ^- P- ^) hAll of the following skills must be actual project experience not educational experience and the actual time spent developing must match the years of experience required.

•        Candidate must possess excellent written and oral communication skills
•        Candidate must have a quality oriented mindset and approach
! M* f8 i7 e; Q: P$ [•        Minimum 2 years project experience in design including gathering and documenting user requirements
•        Must be able to read and understand existing VB.NET code
" g9 a$ y7 k% h! f  R•        Minimum 5 years of solid hands-on VB.NET development experience
•        Minimum 5 years of solid hands-on ASP.NET development experience
•        Must have .NET 3.5 and preferably .NET 4.0 experience including WCF development Experience
•        Minimum 5 years development experience with SQL Server
•        Minimum 5 years of solid hands-on HTML, JavaScript and Style Sheet coding experience

DESIRABLE

•        Experience in Configuration Management including performing builds and troubleshooting system deployment and configuration issues

•        Experience with Agile Development Methodology
