•        Perform development and defect correction on medium to very complex tasks

•        Perform and document unit testing including automated unit testing
•        The ability to step in an quickly pick up in the architecture and become productive very quickly

•        Candidate must have a quality oriented mindset and approach
3 A9 M' o% g% b3 p•        Minimum 2 years project experience in design including gathering and documenting user requirements
3 P2 ^% V9 ?$ w  x! x: b5 {•        Must be able to read and understand existing VB.NET code
•        Minimum 5 years of solid hands-on VB.NET development experience
•        Minimum 5 years of solid hands-on ASP.NET development experience
•        Must have .NET 3.5 and preferably .NET 4.0 experience including WCF development Experience

•        Minimum 5 years of solid hands-on HTML, JavaScript and Style Sheet coding experience
•        Minimum 4 years COM/DNA distributed application development experience
