This resource will be responsible for the following:

" x/ `& j9 u  d: A, c2 _•        Perform development in a .NET 4.0 environment based on design specifications provided
: W' F) D, M8 F8 A( p•        Correct code defects and write code enhancements based on design specifications provided
•        Perform development and defect correction on medium to very complex tasks
•        Perform analysis and design for small system enhancements
•        Perform and document unit testing including automated unit testing
9 w8 E+ F" N3 i•        The ability to step in an quickly pick up in the architecture and become productive very quickly
Other
•        Identify project issues and risks, as well as quality and scope deviation
•        Must have excellent troubleshooting and problem solving skills

•        Candidate must possess excellent written and oral communication skills
•        Candidate must have a quality oriented mindset and approach
$ k7 E; D* z9 u* ?•        Minimum 2 years project experience in design including gathering and documenting user requirements
•        Must be able to read and understand existing VB.NET code
8 r9 g; g( Q% R$ b' |5 ^' q5 [: F•        Minimum 5 years of solid hands-on VB.NET development experience
•        Minimum 5 years of solid hands-on ASP.NET development experience
, n, x) Q9 j5 U' x# N6 o* ~2 Y•        Must have .NET 3.5 and preferably .NET 4.0 experience including WCF development Experience
•        Minimum 5 years development experience with SQL Server
•        Minimum 5 years of solid hands-on HTML, JavaScript and Style Sheet coding experience

DESIRABLE

•        Experience with Agile Development Methodology
