" V1 E* |8 V8 e$ `7 P) z•        Perform development in a .NET 4.0 environment based on design specifications provided
/ l( T# d3 a0 i6 O% j5 Y; s•        Correct code defects and write code enhancements based on design specifications provided
•        Perform development and defect correction on medium to very complex tasks
•        Perform analysis and design for small system enhancements
•        Perform and document unit testing including automated unit testing
& d+ _! n9 {1 y6 K•        The ability to step in an quickly pick up in the architecture and become productive very quickly
Other
•        Identify project issues and risks, as well as quality and scope deviation

MANDATORY

•        Candidate must possess excellent written and oral communication skills
•        Candidate must have a quality oriented mindset and approach
- B% y) q# G2 j; z% Q•        Minimum 2 years project experience in design including gathering and documenting user requirements
•        Must be able to read and understand existing VB.NET code
•        Minimum 5 years of solid hands-on VB.NET development experience
3 w7 U6 y8 Q+ P  m7 o•        Minimum 5 years of solid hands-on ASP.NET development experience
. e- ~- w$ h: _' N' R  m' z•        Must have .NET 3.5 and preferably .NET 4.0 experience including WCF development Experience
•        Minimum 5 years development experience with SQL Server
•        Minimum 5 years of solid hands-on HTML, JavaScript and Style Sheet coding experience
•        Minimum 4 years COM/DNA distributed application development experience

•        Experience in Configuration Management including performing builds and troubleshooting system deployment and configuration issues

•        Experience with Agile Development Methodology
