Position Summary:
/ f1 ~4 f' }$ T4 ]( r1 uWhat are we looking for? We are launching a TELUS TV and Internet promo campaign in Edmonton city. We are looking for upbeat Face-to-Face Sales Representatives that are able to maintain a sense of humor, a positive attitude and an effective communication style with customers and colleagues at all times. Successful candidates must demonstrate personal drive, commitment and positive energy.

Primary Responsibilities:
• Communicate effectively with customers
7 m+ i6 L& m( {• Respond to customers’ inquiries; research, resolve, and follow up on customer issues
) e* p4 G) _1 G* M• Assess customer needs and provide appropriate recommendations and solutions
4 z# L4 A: F" d* p3 Z* q8 w# [• Maintain and update customer service database appropriately documenting all transactions and pertinent interactions
2 z5 i' v# H( b; p9 Y' j# Q0 E• Assist customers with placing orders and diligently follow up with customers regarding their existing orders  
• Quickly, pleasantly, and professionally work with customers to answer questions, de-escalate problems, and determine an agreeable resolution to a customer’s problem and follow through to ensure a level of service that presents an overwhelming positive customer service experience

Minimum Requirements:
• Possesses excellent communication, collaboration, customer service and superior interpersonal skills
• Some sales experience
• Very strong attention to detail and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile, passionate start up
; O, N$ s: z- `4 {• Positive, ‘can-do’ attitude and sense of humor are both absolutely required
" z( I, X+ ?9 C' F• Excellent documentation and communication skills (verbal & written)
1 Z: K% v0 V5 @/ I9 W( n• Ability to empathize with and prioritize customer needs
: L" O7 E! Y' o& M, m% c' W• Effective problem solving skills including decision making, time management & immediate prioritization of tasks as assigned
6 [# U8 G" T/ H, {/ L1 O• Ability to maintain a calm, professional demeanor when faced with high demand, high volume workloads
1 b: o* a' Z! V6 \. s! k• Solid comprehension skills - ability to clearly understand and restate the issues the customer presents
• Ability to focus on and resolve customers’ issues without distraction
- k- J$ n( U5 O! D: t$ P• Excellent composition skills - ability to compose a grammatically correct, concise, and accurate written response
