Position Summary:
What are we looking for? We are launching a TELUS TV and Internet promo campaign in Edmonton city. We are looking for upbeat Face-to-Face Sales Representatives that are able to maintain a sense of humor, a positive attitude and an effective communication style with customers and colleagues at all times. Successful candidates must demonstrate personal drive, commitment and positive energy.

- P$ X# u) B3 n7 Z% sPrimary Responsibilities:
% X6 N9 _3 G# J! {! A9 A  b• Communicate effectively with customers
* J# j7 T  X; C2 V6 R• Respond to customers’ inquiries; research, resolve, and follow up on customer issues
• Assess customer needs and provide appropriate recommendations and solutions
• Maintain and update customer service database appropriately documenting all transactions and pertinent interactions
" K3 Q  x2 e9 V& t& z& `3 n+ t! v• Assist customers with placing orders and diligently follow up with customers regarding their existing orders  
1 P& W$ i8 D) u: z7 O' V0 _• Quickly, pleasantly, and professionally work with customers to answer questions, de-escalate problems, and determine an agreeable resolution to a customer’s problem and follow through to ensure a level of service that presents an overwhelming positive customer service experience

Minimum Requirements:
• Possesses excellent communication, collaboration, customer service and superior interpersonal skills
" T# t# i. ]8 ^9 e2 o• Some sales experience
/ g, d2 a! V* p6 j. S9 f• Very strong attention to detail and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile, passionate start up
• Positive, ‘can-do’ attitude and sense of humor are both absolutely required
  |+ b9 G# n5 m# h( E• Excellent documentation and communication skills (verbal & written)
" L0 t4 Q4 o7 Z6 r' [6 R7 Y4 j• Ability to empathize with and prioritize customer needs
& }' N; E# A, s+ {• Effective problem solving skills including decision making, time management & immediate prioritization of tasks as assigned
: Q, I( H) d- [4 J• Ability to maintain a calm, professional demeanor when faced with high demand, high volume workloads
. Z1 W1 @: F# K: O; G* z, w• Solid comprehension skills - ability to clearly understand and restate the issues the customer presents

• Excellent composition skills - ability to compose a grammatically correct, concise, and accurate written response
• Work successfully in a team environment as well as independently
