The Home Buyer's Plan allows you to borrow funds from your RRSP to purchase your first home. Here are some of the key facts:

7 p7 B, i+ L% N1 GYou and your spouse can each borrow up to $20,000.
8 p7 F  o+ A/ K9 u6 I4 AThe funds must have been on deposit at least 90 days before you withdrew them.
* n5 C( h5 `! oAt least 1/15 of the funds must be repaid each year, beginning two years after the funds were withdrawn.
% E+ o9 i8 R5 g) R# P- ~3 qA signed agreement to buy or build a qualifying home is required.
You can only participate in the program once.

我第一次买房时没有用，第二次买的时候还可以用rrsp付款么？

怎么定义first buyer呢？要是买两套房子，是以签合同的时间呢，还是take posession的时间为准？要是一套房子签约在3月份，但是要等到下一年才能搬进去，另外一套房子签约在7月份，但是同一年的10月份就能搬进去，那哪一套应该算是第一次购买的呢？谢谢。

* }7 Y$ r* M, b  U) Y& m* Q- v我的观点是， FIRST TIME HOME BUYER, 应该以你签订正式的购房合同的时间为准，但最终的裁定属于CANADA REVENUE AGENCY SERVICE。
