在Futureshop买的东西，回来不喜欢，想退，收据不见了，能退么？

FS doesn't accept retrurn without receipt but BB or Wal-mark does. They can refund you store credit. BB only gives you the lowest price in the past 3 months and Wal-mark gives you whatever price they scan it.
