关于续枫叶卡的secondary identity documents

我在给父母办续枫叶卡。申请资料里需出具2个secondary identity documents。
Two (2) secondary identity documents
2 r2 F7 B, j+ E+ [4 P) i! Q, KA copy of two of the following:
1. your Record of Landing (IMM 1000) or Confirmation of Permanent Residence (IMM 5292 or IMM 5688)
2. your valid provincial driver’s licence, provincial photo-identity card
, l0 {" d2 ~! d3. your University/College student card
+ j3 i+ s8 X) U8 e  z: d
4 n! l) J% l' `, ?" m7 y我父母有上述的第一项的资料，绝对没有第三项的资料。那只能找第二项的，他们没有provincial driver’s licence，省医疗卡没有照片。其它有什么卡符合这一项呢？因为他们是续枫叶卡，是不是可以拿现在快到期的枫叶卡作为secondary identity document？

去registry办一张provincial photo-ID card，很简单，不用考驾照。
