不知道大家怎么理解qualifying period 这句话的意思。, p! }3 s# g- V. [$ e3 ~, _

由于按照该网页的说明，EI maternity benefits可以在生育前申请的，而EI parental benefits则要生育后才可以申请的。
' a' k" b& b3 t1 Q+ b. K( b其实是想要弄清楚的是在如果生育前申请了EI maternity benefits，那么生育后 申请EI parental benefits的时候要满足的qualifying period 到底是怎么计算的呀。
