关于EI maternity benefits和EI parental benefits的申请有一段这样的说明

+ P4 e, ^- b" p" B# v: e! A0 `其实是想要弄清楚的是在如果生育前申请了EI maternity benefits，那么生育后 申请EI parental benefits的时候要满足的qualifying period 到底是怎么计算的呀。
